“So far this location is good with making the food consistent.

Although I've had a few orders missing something I order here a lot so it's far and few in between, could chalk it up to not speaking loud enough into the drive thru speaker too.

Every time I've made sure to speak up and confirm what I ordered before pulling up I've always gotten everything I ordered.

Overall good convenient spot for me.“

“Our second time coming to the Mad Hatter Restaurant and Bakery. This time we came with our four granddaughters. This is a good choice as our granddaughters like vegetarian food and gluten-free options. This is a unique local restaurant you feel like you’re going down a rabbit hole with Alice. Limited parking which is why we walked from the George Eastman Museum which we just visited. I highly recommend the Mad Hatter if you’re in the city.“

“Ok so people don’t understand how to rate an establishment on Google… people, your rating needs to be based on where you are and relative to that environment: if you’re in a mall looking for fine dining… guess what? You’re not going to be happy (generally speaking). Likewise, if you’re in an airport and want cheap, high quality food… guess what? You’re going to be disappointed.

Gusto is not cheap, but it is high quality, handmade food, with what seem to be high quality ingredients. Furthermore, the staff and ambiance/seating/atmosphere of Gusto is a 10/10 (for an airport). They do a terrific job here. Had the chicken pesto panini (and three beers) and it was fabulous. Will eat here again.“

“Overall great experience, great breakfast for on the go. Drink was mostly correct but definitely not blonde espresso. Definitely not even espresso in my shaken espresso. Tastes good, but it's either iced coffee or cold brew being used. Nothing else to really critique. It's a clean atmosphere and the staff is amazing.“

“I worked for silo for a while. the staff is great so are the cooks. they can push food out fast! the wait can be longer then expected if you have over 8 people for a party! you will not get setted untill all your party's are there due to how big the party. its easier for the staff to take all the orders at once, get all the food out at once. the bartender are amazing who make all the drink 🍸. keep in mind that it does get busy throughout the day! Please be patient with the staff that are working. they are doing they're best. I miss my crew in the back of the house! might have to stop by with candy for the staff! “This is the best starbucks in Rochester. They never mess up my order. It usually two women in there, they do a wonderful job and are so friendly. There was a gentleman working the other day and he did a great job also. I choose this starbucks over other when Im in Greece“

*cost: wallet friendly.
Long review: I have passed through this Tim Horton everyday during the week for the pass 6 or more months, I order cappuccinos, artisan buns toasted with butter, and more. Every time cappuccinos are perfect, and they never fail having artisan buns which I always have troubles finding in other stores. They accommodate with any changes on any item we had ordered. Employees are friendly and cordial at least the morning employees, such as Sule, Jay, and honestly every morning employee I find during the weekday are the best. Telling you, I will keep passing every morning, to get my cappuccino and sandwich because they don’t fail. Thank you for making the start of my day greatly.“
