If you happen to come at that time and see 8 or more of us, men in suits and ladies in dresses or skirts and blouses, you should recognize that we are Jehovah's Witnesses.It is the generosity of our brother who treats us to our hearts' desires. I get the large coffee with a blueberry muffin. Some get the breakfast items or special lattes. Next time, I am going to try something with "pumpkin" flavor!!We always enjoy the friendly staff as they smile & hurry to serve us. “4.5 First time there. Liked the close homey family atmosphere. Service was very good, friendly. Treated as if being invited into their home. Food was good except the pancakes. Had the Mad Hatter plate. Recommend it. The cheddar biscuit, sauce, coffee... very good. A little pricey as I had the duck bacon.

Parking: Parking was good for the area. It is usually difficult in the area.“

“Went in for dinner tonight for the first time and it was INCREDIBLE! A wide variety of drinks and food! Staff was attentive and friendly. They answered any questions we had about the menu. Even though it’s not sit down service the staff still brought us extra plates when needed and offered cups of water which was nice! Food came out fresh and hot! We will return again for more!! :)“

“What a cute bar in this tiny airport! And the owner is a gem. We had a long wait for our flight that kept getting delayed and Giuliano (I think that’s his name?) was so friendly! He came to chat and get to know us, told us about the beers he has, and was just overall a warm and gentle guy.
We’ll stop by here anytime we fly out!

“This is by far my favorite coffee shop on campus. They serve finger lakes coffee and light snacks along with shakes. I would advise against eating the food as I have noticed that it tends to sit in the fisplay case over night, sometimes for about a week before it "disappears" for new stuff. The service is quick and professional.“

“I love coming here everybody is always so nice. It is hard to find good customer service skills these days but they definitely have it, and are an absolute pleasure to be around. Everybody is always so sweet and friendly and will make you laugh. You guys are lucky to have such a great crew at this location“

“The Tim Hortons on East Henrietta Rd. across from Suburban Plaza is the one I go to most often as it's the closest one to my house. The service there is the best of any location I've gone to...consistently. Always pleasant and up beat!“

“Every Starbucks is different but a lot of places create a great environment, Pennfield on route 441 is the best one I have been too, followed by; Irondequoit, NY, and Mt Hope Avenue, NY route 15? However competitive places have been getting better and providing great coffee at lower prices.... Food is always consistent but prices are ridiculous for the portion size, so that's why I only rated it a 3. Buy a French press from Starbucks for home, with it's protective covering it prevents easy breakage by all glass units from popular brands.... I look at Starbucks as more of a treat.“

“I love this Starbs location. Easy to access from East Henrietta or Calkins Rd. Store is clean and well maintained, and staff is incredibly friendly. Today's visit was a drive-thru visit - I have had a difficult few weeks and just needed a pick me up. The lady at the drve-thru window was incredibly nice and I told her I appreciated her kindness.My Frappucino was delicious, and my cookie was perfect. I don't go to Starbucks often due to the cost, but I like stopping here for a treat.“

*cost: wallet friendly.
Long review: I have passed through this Tim Horton everyday during the week for the pass 6 or more months, I order cappuccinos, artisan buns toasted with butter, and more. Every time cappuccinos are perfect, and they never fail having artisan buns which I always have troubles finding in other stores. They accommodate with any changes on any item we had ordered. Employees are friendly and cordial at least the morning employees, such as Sule, Jay, and honestly every morning employee I find during the weekday are the best. Telling you, I will keep passing every morning, to get my cappuccino and sandwich because they don’t fail. Thank you for making the start of my day greatly.“

“Just discovered this gem in Rochester and instantly jumped to one of my top places to visit! The shaken espresso was DELICIOUS! I’m excited to try other coffees. The breakfast sandwich was yummy, plan to try a panini or wrap next time. All staff members were extremely kind and calm under pressure- a line formed multiple times and they all worked together which was nice to see! There is a kids corner with TONS of toys! My 4 year old enjoyed playing for hours. It was great to discover a place where adults can enjoy themselves just as much as their kids can. There are lots of seating options, and it’s spacious so you’re not on top of other guests. A very welcoming environment. Bathrooms were very clean as well. I wish they had two computers running to take orders, I think that would help with the speed of service, especially if you’re just popping in to grab a coffee on the go. The signage/wording of service times was a little confusing (breakfast availability/lunch availability/etc.) The menu says breakfast is until 10:30am but then was told that’s just for the egg bites by an employee so it was just a hair confusing. Nonetheless this is a must go spot!! As a coffee lover I’m so happy to find a local spot to support! As a mom, I’m over the moon to find a spot where my child is welcome and I can meet up with friends and bring him along!“

“It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five star rating.“
