“Just went tonight and grabbed 2 chicken platters to go with my fiancé. The employees were wonderful. Beyond kind and personable. The food I don’t have words for. I didn’t take a photo due to being over excited but the portions are more than fair for what you pay. The hot sauce is VERY hot for me personally but I like it. The salata that comes with the entree is so fresh and tasty. The chicken is perfectly cooked - tender and seasoned deliciously. Even the rice is a masterpiece. We also highly recommend the pakora chips! They’re crispy on the outside, nice and soft on the outside, seasoned, and made fresh to order. We were even told by the staff that we were welcome to sit and make ourselves comfortable while we waited for the chips since they are made to order but our food was done so fast we barely had a chance to! We’re not done eating but we’ve already agreed this will be our Saturday night go to. For 2 people getting 2 platters and a side of pakora chips it was just $30. You’d spend more per person getting dinner from any other restaurant around.“

“Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices on Union Turnpike in Glen Oaks is my go to spot for a sweet treat, especially during the warmer months. With over 60 flavors, there’s truly something for everyone, from classic water ices to rich creme options.

Personally, I think their crème ices are the way to go cause of the smooth, flavorful, and totally nostalgic. Whether you’re into fruity, chocolatey, or somewhere in between, they’ve got you covered.

The service at this location is great. Friendly and efficient, even when the lines get long during peak summer hours. The ambiance is very relaxed, but just keep in mind that there’s no seating, it’s strictly takeout.

Also, note that this Ralph’s is seasonal, so make sure to get your fix while it’s open!

“I was supposed to get breakfast from McDonald's and saw the sign while parking. I decided to treat myself to something different. I ordered the Lox #3... Toasted onion bagel with cream cheese, red onion, tomato, avocado, lox, and capers. Delicious ? ❤️
Fresh and tasty ingredients with a nice upbeat atmosphere. I will definitely return to this place for this item. I might change the type of bagel ... but keep what goes in between.
It's definitely filling and worth the $14 I spent.

“Amazing food and service! We had 8 people so we got one of the private rooms. We ordered about 12 dishes and they all came out relatively fast. Definitely get the Peking duck; they cut the duck in front of you and display it really nicely. The Juqi fried rice is also really cool and represents the coal stoves of the past. 10/10 recommend this place, especially for large parties.“

“We came here on a Sunday noon. It is the best bbq that we had. The eel is really fresh and chewy. We also had large intestines, pork neck, and kalbi. The kalbi is also really delicious! They gave a large bowl of kimchi, lots of delicious banchan. Their japchae is awesome, and the bibim noodles are on point. The servers are the most awesome people in korean restaurant! My and my friends and family are definitely coming back here for the good food and good service!“

“Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we are SO glad did - everything was perfect! Everyone could not get over how delicious all the food was. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!“

Second visit: matcha and Ube ice cream on a waffle cone with sprinkled hojicha powder (available at the pickup counter). The cone is actually a lot of ice cream at once.“

“What a great cozy local Ramen spot for Little Neck. Simple menu however everything is on point especially the authentic Japanese style Gyoza 🥟. I have nothing but praise of their food ,service and low prices for today’s standard.

Honestly, I have a suggestion for the shop—open a hotel! With products this good, people should be able to stay a few days just to experience everything on the menu. Every time I visit, I end up spending at least 2-3 hours here because there’s just too much goodness to enjoy.

My friend and I ate a bacon egg and cheese on toast. The entire sandwich is a beautiful presentation. The toast was golden brown, warm and sliced as to envelope the ingredients. The cheese a warm gooey skin around the walls of the toast. The bacon, added wonderful flavor to the fluffiest eggs I have seen in quite a while. And we had just gotten back from the Amalfi coast in Italy. So that has to say something for this place! Jimmy, our server, was a doll and was so kind and brought things out for our dog, like water, etc. - very warm and welcoming place!!! of course we had to eat alfresco, and the traffic was a bit busy at that hour - so if it wasn’t for that noise, we would had an even greater time! “One of a kind skewer hot pot. Place is small and simple. Came in at 7pm and place was empty. Server explained everything. He was nice and helpful. Ordered food using an iPad with the help of the server. Skewers were in the fridge for you to get it yourself. There’s a self-serve sauce table. Soup was tasty.“

“Overall a nearly excellent burger in the Shake Shack style can be had here! There's about 20 different styles of burgers with creative combinations. We had the O'dada and double whammy burgers. Both were overall very good with fresh, high quality ingredients and an excellent brioche style roll. The main problem we had was the burgers were a bit too greasy and excessively juicy which kept us from giving a 5 star rating.. It was difficult eating these burgers without making a mess and the fatty juices were flowing out like a fountain. Despite this these are still probably the best burgers in Queens due to high quality ingredients and being very tasty. The service was quick and friendly! Recommended if you're in the area and you're craving a Shake Shack style burger.“

The jelly was a little more viscous than what I'm used to but thats not a criticism or anything just an observation.Bubble milk tea: The base tea I think is earl grey - it was just slightly sweeter than the Oolong but still ok. “Best beer in town Noble Savage in Glen Cove. Highly recommend trying a brew. Frank is the brew master and will discuss with you the flavor profiles of his unique beers. Great tunes and total chill atmosphere. All there lagers are brewed with NYS hops and malt. Noble Savage is a NYS farm brewery which uses all NYS ingredients. Highly recommended“
