“Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices on Union Turnpike in Glen Oaks is my go to spot for a sweet treat, especially during the warmer months. With over 60 flavors, there’s truly something for everyone, from classic water ices to rich creme options.

Personally, I think their crème ices are the way to go cause of the smooth, flavorful, and totally nostalgic. Whether you’re into fruity, chocolatey, or somewhere in between, they’ve got you covered.

The service at this location is great. Friendly and efficient, even when the lines get long during peak summer hours. The ambiance is very relaxed, but just keep in mind that there’s no seating, it’s strictly takeout.

Also, note that this Ralph’s is seasonal, so make sure to get your fix while it’s open!

“I was supposed to get breakfast from McDonald's and saw the sign while parking. I decided to treat myself to something different. I ordered the Lox #3... Toasted onion bagel with cream cheese, red onion, tomato, avocado, lox, and capers. Delicious ? ❤️
Fresh and tasty ingredients with a nice upbeat atmosphere. I will definitely return to this place for this item. I might change the type of bagel ... but keep what goes in between.
It's definitely filling and worth the $14 I spent.

“Juqi was a nice dining experience. Most of the dishes when served were presented in a way to elevate one's dining experience. I was there for a birthday dinner and we were seated in a room. The table felt small at first but the waitstaff knew what to do that it never felt too crowded. Besides the food being good the waitstaff were consistent with changing plates and bringing the next course. Some of the dishes that stood out was the beef and tomato soup, the duck, the black rice that is set on fire (the aroma was pleasing where you're not sure what ingredients were put in) The soups were presented in a small ceramic bowl and tea lights were put underneath to keep it warm. This was a set menu and because there was a lot of food it was hard to keep track. Overall a good dinner out and a nice place for all group sizes to celebrate a special occasion or just a nice evening out.“

“Ive been coming to Annie’s for over a year and love it so much! Their coffee is top tier! I usually get a latte or their draft La Colombe cold brew. It’s always made perfect they also have a variety of pastries and bagels. I’m a big dog lover and have a doodle of my own and this place is super cute because they have a separated dog friendly back area which you can bring your dog to socialize with others and enjoy your coffee.“

“Expensive and Way overpriced. Tables could have been bigger. Is a cute friendly like atmosphere place. They did get us right away and the service was friendly. The waffle was pretty good with the cream cheese, whipped cream. It was satisfying. Coffee wasn’t bad but not great. Refreshers were just warm tea. Eclectic furniture and decorations. $1 for an egg and $3 for 4 strawberries that were cut so tiny, it would make you think there were more.“

“We came here on a Sunday noon. It is the best bbq that we had. The eel is really fresh and chewy. We also had large intestines, pork neck, and kalbi. The kalbi is also really delicious! They gave a large bowl of kimchi, lots of delicious banchan. Their japchae is awesome, and the bibim noodles are on point. The servers are the most awesome people in korean restaurant! My and my friends and family are definitely coming back here for the good food and good service!“

“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). “LOVE SOO & the Perfect Sweets Bakery Team. I met the staff by stopping by for a coffee and pastries one day from the LIRR stop & the pastries and cake were AMAZING! Everything is made from scratch & they were so nice and kind that I asked them ‘do you do wedding cakes?’ Best decision I ever made. Look at this cake! Definitely go check out their mini cakes & other seasonal pastries.“

“This is so close to my home and great for the neighborhood. The staff are great. I ordered a Mocha. It tasted great. Too strong a drink for so late in the day. Their baked goods look amazing. I didn't try any of those as of yet. I have only been there once but since I work from home, it's nice to have a place nearby to getaway from working and living out of my home.Thanks for opening up a nice cafe for us. “Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we are SO glad did - everything was perfect! Everyone could not get over how delicious all the food was. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!“

“Honestly a great place to spend time in and hangout with friends while enjoying the items that Sobol has. And if you don’t want to handout then takeout is a great option also. With it being affordable and delicious it makes it an easy pick for when I want to go and have one of their bowls or smoothies. Would recommend to others“

“Located in Tangram mall, this Matcha Cafe Maiko location is a great stop for a sweet treat. They have a couple kiosks where you can order at, and service is relatively quick considering how popular it can get.

They have a variety of matcha and other Asian drinks and cold desserts. Every month, they also have specialty flavors. When I went, I got their matcha and lychee parfait while my friend got their matcha soft serve. The parfait had so many different kinds of toppings and the portion was generous. Love their soft serve and I will definitely be coming back. (Their quality is also pretty consistent across locations!)“

“Seriously the BEST bagels EVER!! We're from California and I grew up eating bagels and deli... there are no bagels that even compare to Utopia bagels.
Service was excellent, took a little while as it was SO busy but it was absolutely worth the wait!! Obviously amazing when locals are lined up out the door to get bagels.
We were waiting for our order and the nicest man with a New York accent asked our boys if they've ever had a fresh bagel out of the oven, we of course said No, and he gave them a fresh, hot bagel that was to die for!!
My only negative is that we don't have a Utopia bagels in California hahah! Let me know when you want to open one near me!🤩“

“What a great cozy local Ramen spot for Little Neck. Simple menu however everything is on point especially the authentic Japanese style Gyoza 🥟. I have nothing but praise of their food ,service and low prices for today’s standard.

I will definitely be back sooner than later and advise all to do the same.“

“Friend just brought me here for breakfast, street parking can be a bit challenging otherwise the place was great. Seating was plentiful.

My friend and I ate a bacon egg and cheese on toast. The entire sandwich is a beautiful presentation. The toast was golden brown, warm and sliced as to envelope the ingredients. The cheese a warm gooey skin around the walls of the toast. The bacon, added wonderful flavor to the fluffiest eggs I have seen in quite a while. I highly recommend stopping in and trying it for yourself. Your taste buds will thank you!“

“We only came here because it was listed on BringFido, since we were traveling with our 20 pound Shiba Inu, Toby. What a wonderful experience that we had! The food was amazing! And we had just gotten back from the Amalfi coast in Italy. So that has to say something for this place! Jimmy, our server, was a doll and was so kind and brought things out for our dog, like water, etc. - very warm and welcoming place!!! of course we had to eat alfresco, and the traffic was a bit busy at that hour - so if it wasn’t for that noise, we would had an even greater time! “One of a kind skewer hot pot. Place is small and simple. Came in at 7pm and place was empty. Server explained everything. He was nice and helpful. Ordered food using an iPad with the help of the server. Skewers were in the fridge for you to get it yourself. There’s a self-serve sauce table. Soup was tasty.“

“Overall a nearly excellent burger in the Shake Shack style can be had here! There's about 20 different styles of burgers with creative combinations. We had the O'dada and double whammy burgers. Both were overall very good with fresh, high quality ingredients and an excellent brioche style roll. The main problem we had was the burgers were a bit too greasy and excessively juicy which kept us from giving a 5 star rating.. It was difficult eating these burgers without making a mess and the fatty juices were flowing out like a fountain. Despite this these are still probably the best burgers in Queens due to high quality ingredients and being very tasty. The service was quick and friendly! Recommended if you're in the area and you're craving a Shake Shack style burger.“

“The food was awesome! Yeah, not your Panda Express food here. Actually they do have it on last page for those with a fixed palate. For those wanting to have real Shanghai/Chinese food, there is plenty. From the duck sandwich to soup wontons to rolls and more. Each dish was a treat in its simplicity and yet hit the right notes. The burnt chilly spicy stuff on the table may not seem spicy, but boy! It adds a new flavor dimension.
The soup wontons are amazing. Go for it“

“Discovered these bagels while we were in the area. Line moves pretty quickly, takeout only, bagels are piping hot especially when early and love their garlic bagels though they have every kind! It’s no wonder they’re on the Best Bagels of NYC list! Thanks, Empire Bagels!“
