“Tried out a new local thai favorite at the recommendation of my wife. Nice calming decor reminding me of teak wood architecture in Thailand. In the center is a colorful large cloth lantern chandelier that gives the restaurant a calm ambience, like you're walking through a market with sun shining down on multi colored shade sails. This and the thai music was truly immerse.

The food was excellent. My wife and I had the masamman curry and I had the green curry lunch specials. Both dishes were so authentic, they reminded us of our time in Thailand. The spice level was perfect, enough to give you the sweats, but not too much that you can't continue eating. The lunch specials came with a small salad or salad, and an appetizer (dumplings, spring rolls, or scallion pancake). The salad and soup were a decent portion. The spring rolls were crispy and the dumplings were full of meat. We would definitely return to try out the rest of the menu.“

“Really enjoyed our dinner at Sup Thai Kitchen!
Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Pla Ma Nao was one of my favorites — the whole branzino was tender, and the spicy lime broth was bright, tangy, and full of Thai flavors. The Tom Yum seafood was also excellent, with a rich, spicy and sour broth and plenty of seafood.

The papaya salad (Som Tum) was fresh, crunchy, spicy and refreshing, and went perfectly with the heavier dishes. We ordered several dishes to share and honestly everything on the table worked really well together.

If you like authentic, bold Thai flavors, this is definitely a place worth trying. Highly recommend the Pla Ma Nao, Tom Yum, and papaya salad. We’ll definitely be back!“

“The food was excellent as was the table service. Due to a snaf, I ended up paying for the meal with a credit card, but didn't get a receipt.

The interior of the restaurant was modern and neat, but the music played was modern day versions of songs from the 60s to the 90s, which detracted from the atmosphere of the restaurant. I was expecting something a bit more suggestive of Thai culture.

The parking lot is behind the restaurant. Although there is a back door, it was blocked by a bucket and mop. We had to walk around to the front of the building to enter. If there had been an emergency the bucket and mop would have been a hazard for people needing to exit out the back door.“

“My grandma and I always go here and get pad Thai with mock duck. The food is heavenly! Anything good you could say about the food is true! The duck is crispy on the outside and buttery melt-in-your-mouth on the inside, and the flavor of the sauce is just incredible! The glass noodles are light and have a perfect texture. The regular noodles are filling and also perfect. Oh- and the peanut sauce that comes with the salad is the best peanut sauce you could ever imagine! It’s so addicting, and has a tad kick to it (I think you can only get that at lunch though). My grandma and I only ate there in person a couple times, but the service was great, considering how crowded the restaurant always is (I think the fact that it’s always stuffed to the brim is a sign of a good restaurant :). They had good vibes and a really chill aesthetic. We always get the food delivered, and it comes in a really short amount of time. My grandma also loves this food; we get food that’s not spicy, because we are both sensitive to spice (but if you like spice, they have dishes with that too). I wanted to think of something I didn’t like here, but I can’t! All in all, eat here!! (Also, hack for more duck; when asking for extra mock duck, ask for it in a separate container; that way you can see just how much you’re getting, and they can’t skimp! The logic behind this is when there’s an already full container full of food, you can’t add that much more duck; so when you have a separate container, they can fill it all the way up!)“

“absolutely spectacular take out Pad See Yue. The noodles are on the drier side, which i prefer, but still intensely flavorful. They have that perfect slightly smoky flavor that is so hard to find in thai noodles around here. I have tried countless pad see yue in nassau and so far none have compared to chada. get extra noodles on your order! Seriously I haven’t been this happy about a takeout/delivery order in months.“

“I stopped at Durian on a whim while searching for food nearby, and I’m so glad I did! Initially, I was a little hesitant, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made for lunch that day.

The lunch special is not only reasonably priced but also offers a fantastic variety of dishes: chicken, shrimp, steak — heads up: the shrimp is at an extra cost though. The portion sizes are generous.

The staff is genuinely warm, funny, and kind, making you feel right at home. Dinning option available. “I normally order only mango sticky rice from this restaurant but today I decided to try an actual meal. I was in the mood for some beef so I ordered the beef salad and some tom yam noodle soup with shrimp. Let me tell you The beef salad was so good, it was very refreshing and delicious. I would’ve loved just a little bit of spice in it but otherwise it was a 10 in my opinion. The Tom yam noodle soup with shrimp was so delightful. The broth was so savory and light, the add of the bok choy and enoki mushrooms were so good. My boyfriend got the lychee juice and the general taksin chicken. Both were very good my only critique is that the chicken didn’t come with rice on the side. I’m not sure if it was missing or if it just doesn’t come with it, I think for that meal specifically rice should automatically come with it.
I will definitely order more food from here.“

“Authentic Thai food is not rare or hard to find in New York City. But finding one with great service and atmosphere is a challenge. Thai social is in a quite neighborhood with good food, affordable prices and fast service. We ordered from the fish and vegetarian items and the food was very good. I would strongly recommend the mock duck. We will definitely have to come back to try the rest of the food.

“This place is so good. The atmosphere when we went in was quiet with soft music playing in the background. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful.

We ordered the pad thai and drunken noodles and they were both so flavorful. The shrimp was a little overcooked but I didn't mind, it was still delicious. I also asked for the pad thai to be extra spicy but it wasn't spicy enough for me. Regardless, still amazing food.

The real star of the show was the mango sticky rice. It was the best mangoes I've ever had. The cold mangoes were sweet and tart on its own but mixed with the warm rice and condensed milk- that was so heavenly. Genuinely the best mango sticky rice I've ever had.“

My chicken Pad Khing entree was fresh, flavorful, and not drowning in sauce, which has been my typical experience with similar dishes in other restaurants.
