“There is no shortage of pizza joints in Harrison and there are 4 within a 5 block radius by my count. NY Pizza Station gets its name from being next to the Harrison Metro-North Railroad station that you can grab a slice or a pie as soon as you get off your commuter train. This used to be the location of Pizza 2000 years ago, but when P2K moved to a new, larger space across the street, one of their old employees decided to open Pizza Station on his own. The menu and formula did not change much from the P2K days. You stick with what works and what your customers like. Being just a short walk from our office, we would come regularly for Pizza Fridays and also order whole pies for special occasions and rainy days. We were such regular customers, that we were once captured by the Google Streetview camera car while walking back on Pizza Friday (our faces were blurred out). The pizza is pure NY Neapolitan style. We like to order fresh pies for delivery or to pick up. They come in 3 sizes, small (14"), large (16") & X-large (18"). The 18" pie barely fits in the box and sometimes the edge has to be folded a little to close the box. They also cut the XL into 10 slices which is unusual in itself. We also love the individual specialty slices like the Chicken Bacon Ranch, Penne ala Vodka and Chicken Bruschetta, which can also be ordered as whole pies. You can't go wrong with a traditional cheese pie, too, but my favorite topping has to be sausage with mushrooms a close second. Why not both? I have yet to try the heroes or pastas, but they do look good. There might be a veal parmagiana hero scheduled for Pizza Friday this week!“

“Torcello is a hidden gem. Run, don't walk to this lovely Italian restaurant which serves up a wonderful array of elevated Italian dishes, and makes you feel like you're VIPs as you dine. Food and drinks were all excellent. Easy parking too. Can't wait to return for another meal. Highly recommended.“

“Excellent Mexican food at a very good price. The place is not fancy, but if you want authentic Mexican food at a great price, this is the place for you. We ordered 4 tacos, the mixed grill entree, 2 sides, and a natural juice. Everything was delicious even after being reheated the next day. The service was prompt and attentive. We will definitely be returning.“

“Very good local spot. I'm used to dining in NYC and have my favorite spots there. So when a friend suggested getting Indian food here I said let's try. India Ave didn't disappoint. Everything was well prepared and delicious. The interior is modern and comfortable. In my opinion the outside needs a facelift but the food is worth the trip.“
“One of the best meals I've had in a long time! Everything was superb! The wait staff were very attentive but not hovering. When dining out I do not like to be rushed. The appetizers, mains and dessert/coffee were served at the appropriate time and no rush to pay the bill. Also portions are generous! Space is inviting & warm. Enzo's will now be our go-to Italian restaurant!“

“I’ve been to Hinoki in Greenwich now on three separate occasions - each time a great meal. Last night was no exception. We walked in on Sunday night with no reservation and while they were busy, they had no trouble seating us right away. It’s a nice dimly lit ambiance with a cedar smell throughout. We started off with miso soup and wanted to try something different so we went with the Asian Pear Salmon. While the miso soup was great, the Asian Pear Salmon had an overpowering onion flavor and was a bit disappointing, but the salmon was nice and fresh.Next we had a couple of the Nori tacos - Wagyu Salt and Toro. These were both excellent and I would recommend getting them.Next up we had 5 pieces of nigiri each. Tuna, Uni, some other pieces. They were all great, but I would say I’ve had better. The rice was inconsistent. The last piece that came out separately was perfect, and the rice was nice and warm. The others didn’t seem to match the same quality for some reason, but were still 8/10. Also I would not I’m not a fan of gold leaf on food in general, but especially in sushi. But I credit them for the effort. We were still hungry, so instead of dessert we opted for the soup dumplings which were great. For drinks, I had a wonderful glass of red burgundy from Beaune, and my wife had a mezcal cocktail she was still raving about the next day.Overall, this is a nice romantic restaurant for date night, or to take a group out for an impressive sushi dinner. It’s more casual than a limited seat Omakase experience, so set your expectations. You’ll be in for great food and ambiance, with pretty good service, but not out of this world.“

“I went back to Liebman's Kosher Delicatessen & Restaurant today, 10/18/2023 for Riverdale Restaurant Week. For $22 (Plus tip) you get a Pastrami or Corned beef (I got pastrami), a square or round knish or steak fries, cole slaw, pickles and a Dr. Brown's soda. Look: A great deli knows that the secret of success is not to futz with perfection. My Aunt Joan and Uncle Bill of Blessed memory either took me to Liebman's or had them cater their simchas for as far back as I can remember. The pastrami I had today was as fatty, smoky, salty, tender and delicious as it always was and always will be. Was it worth two and a half hours on public transit from South Brooklyn to get there? You betcha. Will I go again? You betcha. Should you go? Heck yeah.“

“It is a very small place with 3 tables to accommodate like 12 people. The food is excellent. A lot of people take out. The portions are very big. The lunch specials they charge $15, which includes a large, tasty soup, salad, potatoes with cream, rice, and meat. I had the fried chicken. Go, give it a go!Parking: It's the strip mall parking in Staples complex.“

“Hands down, the empanadas is the go-to every time !! I love them. The fish nuggets, new to the menu, are amazing as well. The drinks are usually good, i like A Mighty Fine Time. The music is LOUD if you dine in the evening, weekends is a party atmosphere. Service is good. They always include the tip in the bill (if u think its deserved or not) and charge you extra if you use a credit card, so be sure to read b4 you pay.“

“Was a great experience for my wife and kids, 1st time they finished the food on their own lol without me, help that is. Our waiter was nice, and keep checking up on us. I'm definitely coming back. “Foo Chow, more like Foo WOW! Considering I said “wow” after every bite I took. My friends and I decided to order for our Friendsgiving and it couldn’t have been a better decision! The food was prepared fast and cooked to perfection. The steamed dumplings melt in your mouth and the Crab Rangoons had so much flavor you could feel it in your toes. It’s safe to say there were no Rangoons left behind. If I could give this place 10 Stars, I’d give it an 11!“

“Repeat | Repeat | Repeat...I am still thinking about the mouth watering flavor of the Chef's Special Ramen...the small hint of chile oil that just catches you every now and again made it that much better. We started with the edamame which was charred to perfection. And also had the panko shrimp bao buns which were almost too pretty to eat...almost. So happy I finally made it here and I am looking forward for to returning to try more things on the menu!“

“I can’t count the number of times I’ve had the chicken soup delivered from here. It is so comforting, and the chicken falls off the bone (probably why sometimes you get lots of chicken and other times not as much). I have literally ordered just the soup and dealt with the cost of delivery plus tip being more than the soup itself - it’s that yummy ?Once in awhile I’ll crave patties and chicken soup so will order elsewhere (I don’t think Frank’s has patties), but the soup just isn’t as good as Frank’s.“

“Yes, this is located inside Holy crab, as they use the kitchen within to offer up the Vietnamese food. So you can order seafood from the holy crab menu too, but we were here specifically for the pho. I was here for lunch on a Friday afternoon with my kids. It was not busy so we had almost the entire place to ourselves. The tables were clean, bathrooms were clean, over the place is clean. Thankfully the menu was not overwhelming and we chose two appetizers to go along with our pho. The calamari and spring rolls were scarfed down by my children. The beef pho is a big bowl. My two kids shared a bowl and I could barely finish mine. The broth is light and because the bowls are wide, the pho soup did not stay hot. So definitely eat the pho first and eat it fast for authentic eating. I look forward to trying other items on the menu.“

“Amazing authentic Thai flavors, healthy and very little oil. Actually reminded me of some of the casual 'home cooking'-like restaurants in Thailand. I have no idea why the reviews are so tough on them here.Thai Fried Rice -- amazing authentic flavor, not greasy. Slightly saltier than I would prefer (I ended up mixing it with a little white rice). Tom Kha Gai (Coconut soup) -- loved this. Reminded me of something I had in Chiang Mai. Simple, clean tasting coconut broth.Guay Teow Gai -- simple chicken broth with rice noodles. Kind of a Thai version of chicken noodle soup. Will be my go to whenever I am feeling under the weather.“
