“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

“I travelled 40 miles deep into Flushing Queens for the best Korean Fried Chicken! Comes with Spicy or Soy Garlic, Juicy Drumsticks or wings and with some tangy sour pickled radish or sweet creamy kimchi cole slaw. You are missing out if you have not tried this!!! You want some?! Usually I would get this when I worked the Financial District or Midtown Manhattan but this was the closest to home and they did not let me down!! Like most Korean Fried Chicken Places in Flushing or K-Town Manhattan... you can see Asian families/ laughing and eating wings with a whole pile of delicious wings dumped in the middle of the table! They on to something here! Lol #foodie #foodporn #koreanfood #friedchicken“

“The place is a vibe. The atmosphere and esthetics is everything. It has a great vintage, cozy, bookstore mature feels with these bold eclectic open frames. Food is good. Well presented but lacks flavor. Where the food lacks in the drinks make up in style. Service is attentive but not amazing. Overall. Great time. Great vibes. Would recommend and go again for the feel, not the food.“

“This was the best Uyghur food I’ve ever eaten, and I eat a lot of Uyghur food. The chicken and rice was absolutely magnificent, but make sure you can handle some spice. The chicken kewap blew my group out of the water with its deliciousness, and don’t even get me started on the polo. Incredible 🤌🏼. And this was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Despite a slight language barrier, the staff worked their hardest to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. Next time I’m in New York, I will eat here every night. Come to this restaurant if you want to enjoy your food. If not, go anywhere else.“

“Among my fave spots around. The atmosphere is electric and they play every game! Enjoy their all-day happy hour, when you can receive five shots for $25 to $40 (depending on your poison of choice). The food is more typical of a pub, but it's great for a quick bite and priced friendly! Highly recommended their bulgogi quesadilla. Couldn’t gate-keep any longer!!“

“Nice atmosphere in in a small 40 seat dining room. The portions are a bit too large, however maintain qualify. Chef note, the soups could be updated for broth flavor, the eggplant and tofu needs a sauce update. The nassau sushi is perfect. The shrimp tempura is perfect and the fry oil is Fresh! The owner is very attentive to the restaurant operation. I will return.“

“"A Culinary Gem in Long Beach: Jr Asian Fusion Delights!"
My recent dinner experience at Jr Asian Fusion Restaurant in Long Beach was absolutely delightful! The inviting ambience of the restaurant was immediately noticeable, creating the perfect setting for a wonderful dining experience.
The food at Jr Asian Fusion is exceptional. Each dish we sampled was a burst of flavors, masterfully combining traditional Asian tastes with a contemporary flair. Additionally, the prices are incredibly reasonable, offering fantastic value for the high-quality dishes served.
In a bit of a time crunch, we decided to opt for takeout and called ahead to place our order. I was thoroughly impressed with their service efficiency; our food was ready exactly when promised. This kind of reliability is something I highly value in a dining establishment.
A special shoutout is due to the staff for their friendly and courteous service. They were exceptionally welcoming, making our brief interaction very pleasant. Although parking can be a bit challenging, it's a minor inconvenience compared to the overall quality and experience provided by Jr Asian Fusion.
I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of excellent Asian cuisine in Long Beach. Whether you're looking for a dine-in experience or a quick takeout, Jr Asian Fusion Restaurant is a choice that guarantees a memorable and enjoyable meal. A resounding two thumbs up!“

“I recently visited Zen Restaurant and overall the food and atmosphere were enjoyable. The service was friendly and the dishes were tasty. However, I was disappointed because I did not receive the happy hour discount that I expected.
I went during what I believed to be happy hour, but the discount was not applied to my bill and the staff didn’t explain how it works. I would really appreciate more clarity on the happy hour times, eligibility, and how to get the discount next time.
If the restaurant can provide clear information on the happy hour promotion, I’d be happy to update my review. Otherwise, I would recommend double-checking with the staff before ordering.“

“My first time trying coconut hot pot and I’ve clearly been missing out! The coconut broth was light and sweet, and way easier on the stomach than a regular hot pot.
We visited on one of the coldest days, and the restaurant was PACKED. It’s located in Downtown Flushing, literally right next to Tangram. It’s also more affordable than other coconut hot pot spots in the city, with a heartier portion too.
Shoutout to the impeccable service — our server even helped skim off the floating oil from the broth (and made me want to buy that ladle lol).
*Coconut Chicken (for two) 皇椰雞套餐 $75.95
They use cage-free chicken, and the pieces were generously sized with not too much bone. This portion was already enough to feed four. The set also comes with vegetables, plus your choice of rice or noodles. The coconut broth wasn’t heavy at all that we were basically sipping it nonstop.
*Poached Egg & Beef Clay Pot Rice 窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯 +$15
You get a discounted price if you add their claypot rice to your hot pot order. It looked very promising and delicious, especially with the runny poached egg. But I thought the rice needed a few more minutes in the clay pot to crisp up the base a bit more.
*Maxi’s Noodle Wonton 雲吞妹雲吞 $9.95
The price is pretty steep for just three wontons, but I love Maxi’s so much that I still went for it. The shrimp wontons were so plump and meaty.
*Handmade Battered Shrimp 極品鮮蝦滑 $12.95
SOOOO GOOD I am a fan of shrimp paste in a hot pot.“

“Quick, affordable and tasty dry hot pot. You walk in, grab a bowl and tongs, choose your ingredients and hand it over to the cashier to cook. Price is based on weight, but one bowl around 1.5 lb was enough for the two of us. We opted for the “tiny spicy” level and it was just the right out amount of kick — not too spicy but just enough to get you sniffling. The seasoning the chef put it was great too. Highly recommend“

“My friend and I wanted some warm soup in the cold winter, so we found this gem around the area!
Really quick service and the owner was so considerate and sweet.
We got the army stew, seafood pancake and steamed dumplings (also can order as fried). Everything hit the spot and we even had enough as leftover to take home as two people eating!
Definitely a really good lunch/dinner spot and will definitely be coming back!“

“Great price, food is always consistently tasty. The guy who works the grill always phenomenal energy and super fun person. Chicken, beef, shrimp all perfectly cooked and perfect ratio for rice and vegetables. Only downside is the cashier lady was kind of rude when you are a bit slow, last time she had an attitude with my granny. Otherwise perfect place.“
“Convenient and affordable brunch?Fuzhou cuisine has everything you need! Flushing Q58 terminal! Every day when you take the bus to work and get off at the terminal, you can buy delicious food. There are oil ghosts... porridge... steamed buns... and the most important thing is that they are cheap! There’s nothing wrong with spending a few dollars a day, hahaha, saving time, effort and money “

“$12 cai pan fan - 2 veggies and 1 meat dish
I come here when I crave rice and something spicy. They offer cold dishes as side dishes or you can have them as part of of your lunch meal. Got the tofu shreds and celery, bamboo shots in chili oil, and the beef tendon & tripe. They were all delicious. I know other places have cheaper prepared rice dishes like this around flushing but if im in NY food court, this is a nice meal as well which includes hot soup.
Ive recommend their hot oil chili hicken, chicken feet, and the fried fish too. I see lots of locals get their hot rice dishes. Might be worth a try too!“

“Lovely experience. Girl and I are big time bahn mi people. We usually drive to queens or just miss this type of food. We’re not to far away but we seldom get out. We’re both in the food industry and Monday and Tuesday we go out for errands and what not. We popped in. Warm greeting. She got a summer roll. I got veggie spring rolls and we each got a bahn mi. Delicious. Great bread. She got the short rib I got the pulled chicken. Probably go for pork belly next time. I wish there was little extra schmear of pate but they probably play it safe for common people. Iced coffee was fire“

“I have to say this place is now one of my absolute favorites. It’s been a week and I’m still obsessed with the food. I’m heading back as soon as I finish this because it was that incredible.
We found it by accident—the amazing smell pulled us in while heading to a nearby café. We both got brisket pho: my husband with extra noodles and meat, me with lemongrass spicy broth and extra meat. The flavors were perfect, tender brisket, just the right kick. We were too busy savoring to talk at first.
Our server was so sweet and offered us free sodas on the house when she heard it was our first time. The vibe was cozy and relaxed.
The french fries looked amazing next door—next time we’re sharing them for sure.
If you love Vietnamese food, go! Everything was spot on. Can’t wait to be back 😊“

“The food is here is by far one of the more reliable places to get Asian Cuisine. The food is not overly fried or heavily seasoned. We come here occasionally after the dog park visit, and we have yet to be disappointed. The wonton soup is a must have, better than anywhere else I have tried. The prices are also very good. Normally I have something criticizing to say but I genuinely appreciate this place for a cheat night. You won’t feel guilty with the fun of take out. The place is small and there isn’t anywhere to eat if you wanted. The customer service is good, however you will need to wait in your car because there isn’t much room to wait inside and no where to sit. Give it a try. Photo is my wife pounding down one of their egg rolls because she can’t wait till we get home (Not oily at all). As healthy as Chinese food can probably get in NYC.“

“Been coming here for decades. If you are Korean and a NewYorker there is a 90% chance you know of this place. Classic Korean black noodle spot that doesn’t disappoint! They make less than 12 dishes here and they do it well! Not much more to say. Big space, lots of seats and chill vibes. Totally biased but maybe the single most know korean restaurant in nyc? Who knows but Enjoy!“

“One of the best wing spots in NYC. The flavors are on point, and that crunch is nothing to play with.I usually go with the Spicy and the Korean BBQ — both hit every time. The wings are a decent size, not tiny, and they stay crispy.
A 10-piece with coleslaw or radish runs $18.50, which feels fair for the quality and flavor. Definitely a go-to spot for wings“
