“Wanted to experience a real Haitian bakery. The atmosphere is homey and quaint. The service was on point and quick. The food was amazing order consisted of Haitian patties variety (spinach, beef, fish, chicken), call the champagne and Haitian cookies (the cookies were OK). Would definitely recommend if you want a quick bite to eat.“

“This is a 10/10 breakfast spot. I’ve never had Nepalese food before, and Cafe Catmandoo blew me away. I had the Catmandoo Breakfast special and I’m not usually a fan of chickpeas but I ate the ENTIRE thing. Staff is very friendly, they accommodated our large party of 9 people within 10-15 minutes. “My wife and I ate at Paris Cafe on TH, 09/25/26, after coming back from vacation. We were thoroughly impressed with the service, food, atmosphere and ambience. Paris Cafe is located in the TWA Hotel and thus has much old time swank and pizzazz inherently built into it. Our server, Chris, was excellent. He is a polite, respectful and thoughtful young man with a good sense of humor and a desire to be helpful to the customers. We had the Caesar salad, followed by my Rigatoni with meatballs and my wife’s Campanelle with grilled chicken and then butterscotch pudding for dessert. The food was fresh, plentiful, innovative and quite tasty. The restaurant was vibrant and energetic and the bar had plenty of cocktail options to choose from. All the employees that we dealt with were pleasant and personable and really aimed to please. All in all it was a wonderful experience.“

My husband had specifically arranged for a sweet birthday surprise—a simple dessert and a song—and the hostess completely forgot. This past weekend I tried several other salads- Vegetable Tuna, Chicken Salad, Egg whites and spinach, Egg salad and mushrooms and of course sliced Nova and home made cream cheeses. My guests raved! “We don’t even know how many times we’ve been here 😂 It’s definitely one of our go-to matcha spots in Flushing! We always get the matcha latte because it’s consistently so good and we never get tired of it. 🍵🤍

We also tried the mango sticky rice drink and the jasmine matcha latte, and both were sooo good! The mango sticky rice drink is such a fun and unique combination, while the jasmine matcha latte has such a nice floral flavor.

“The portions for the Shmacon and Lox Bagel are decent BUT very filling. The shmear for the bagel looks thin but was more than enough for me!

The Iced Tiramisu Latte and Iced Chai Latte (both with oat milk) was great. The oatmilk substitute was honestly amazing cause it made the drinks creamier!

“Honestly parking here is HORRIBLE because it’s located in a shopping center with a few other businesses/ restaurants so I would say best to park outside the lot. I ended up parking 2 blocks away which was far for this area. The cafe is small and can easily be missed. They’re a lot of seating and wasn’t busy so service was quick. They’re blueberry matcha was a special and when I received it I didn’t think I would like it as much since I’m not a fan of anything with pulp and the blueberry had pulp bits but you can tell it’s super fresh. After my first sip I can’t wait to go back for more because it was THAT good. Probably the best blueberry matcha I’ve ever had. I love places like this - little hole in the wall spots that just slap! Would recommend but it is far from me so I would have to make the 25 min drive (without traffic) just for this cafe. Wish the matcha was a little stronger so I would probably do double matcha next time but it did work well with the recipe for the drink. Would highly recommend giving this a try. I saw they have strawberry matcha too so maybe I’ll get both next time“

“A classic NYC establishment with gluten-free options! Chef Cristina answered all of our questions about their protocols for gluten-free pastries. They keep them on the top shelf and/or separate from the other pastries and they are made at different times with sanitized equipment. Of course it is a shared kitchen, so keep that in mind in terms of cross contact. Everything we tried was delicious! My favorites that day were the espresso cheesecake, the red velvet cheesecake cup and the flourless chocolate cake. We will absolutely be back!“
