“Brasas peru has an amazing atmosphere with good live music and wonderful tasting food. I highly recommend going for the atmosphere and good peruvian food during a date night.

However our server (Roger) was subpar to say the least. Our server forgot one of my food items and only realized when i had called him to the table and did not apologize. Did not check on us after our food had came the first time and did not come to check even after forgetting one of our food items.

There is also an automatic 20% added to checks that i believe should always be explained to guests before dropping a check. When we got our check there was an additional mojito to our check that I did not order. I believe attention to detail is especially important when serving at a location that wants to give an upscale vibe.“

“My family's from Peru, and this has been our go-to Peruvian restaurant for years now. The taste is just much more authentic than any other spot in LI that we've found. The seafood dishes in particular are the best. The daily menu special is also a steal at around $15 for a main dish,side and drink.“
