“Good Chinese food is really really hard to find. Picked this place on a whim based on reviews. Ordered shrimp with lobster sauce, shrimps were cleaned and cooked perfectly. Veggie lomein, steamed veggie dumplings, fried baby shrimp, roast pork chow mei fun, wonton soup, and a free pt of pork fried rice (that I didn't even have to ask for). Everything was cooked well and tasted great. Will be back.“

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mógū Chinese Kitchen thanks to the incredible care and attention from Brian and Yesy. My son has a nut allergy, and trying new cuisines can be a little stressful—but Brian went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and welcome.
From the moment we arrived, Brian was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the menu, helped us choose safe options, and even prepared my son’s meal separately to avoid any cross-contamination. He walked us through every step and was so diligent—it truly gave us peace of mind.
During the meal, Brian checked in on us to make sure everything was going well, and his kindness really made the whole experience special. It was my son’s very first time trying Chinese food, and thanks to Brian and Yesy, it was a fantastic one!
We will absolutely be back. If you have a child with food allergies, we highly recommend dining here. The food was delicious, and the care and service were unmatched.

Parking: There's always a lot of spaces and you can park away from other cars if you want to.“

“I often order a steamed chicken n broccoli meal with (chicken) fried rice which comes with a pint of (chicken noodle or wonton) soup. They also grow their own string beans at home n offer them to change up my meal now n then. Nice folks.
I've been getting take out for about 5 years now; they'll ask if I want my usual when I call. 10 minutes later, I'll have a fresh hot meal with soup n fortune cookies for $12 again. Cash only.“

“This is by far the best Chinese restaurant around the island. Not only the food is amazing but the service is outstanding. They always answer the phone with great energy and never give attitude or rush you off the phone. The portions are incredible. The taste is immaculate. The wonton soup comes with like 5 or 6 wontons in it and with flavor and always delicious. The sweet and sour sauce is made fresh in house and is completely edible. The pineapples they give as a complimentary dish are to die for. I can't make this up. Try this spot and forget what the rest said. This is my favorite and only spot I come to from now on. Have been here atleast 6x in the past year so this place rocks. Don't believe me. Let the pictures do it some justice then come give it a try. This place will not disappoint.“

“After a year at Suffolk county and many disappointing Chinese take outs, I have finally found my go to Chinese Restaurant. I also like spicy food in general and this one offers both flavors and spice. The host lady was nice, humble and attentive. The prices are more reflective of fine dining and portions do justice. They had bbq tables but we didn't try that both times. All in all the best Chinese restaurant in Suffolk county. Some of their dishes like veg lomein needs improvement.“

“Classic, reminds me of my younger years on Long Island. Nicely tasty and straightforward. Very accommodative of special dietary needs - no soy sauce for me, no sesame oil for another in our party. I had the cabbage and pork soup - for two and ate it all with gusto! I also had Singapore noodles, which I like very much and here it was presented with good curry taste but not hot (which I enjoy but most others in my party do not). They use trolleys to serve and clear, so there is always a bustle and rumble which is distracting.“

“It’s really hard to find a decent Chinese takeout. For some reason, take-out Chinese food is not as good as it was 20 years ago. I find a lot of Chinese food inedible.That said, Red Apple is a good find. I recently ordered the wonton soup, egg roll, shrimp roll. I also ordered the honey chicken with fried rice and vegetable Lo Mein. My husband & I really enjoyed the food. It was tasty & flavorful. They don’t skimp you on sauce or food. Their boneless spareribs are AMAZING. Chicken and Broccoli, has EDIBLE chicken that won’t gross you out. Their sesame chicken delicious and it’s not orange:). “I grew up going there. I always liked it. I would get the chicken and broccoli with white sauce, white rice. I would get wonton soup and shrimp roll. It's been there over 30 years. I don't know if it's new owners, have not ate there in awhile. I think it's been a few years. I have to back and try again. It's a take place, but they have a few tables. I called I wanted delivery which they don't do. I understand the roads are crazy, safety, they are busy cooking. They have I think GrubHub but I don't have any if those delivery apps. Anyway delivery can get expensive fuel charge, etc. Some places don't charge delivery fees, but your still tipping. Anyway they have good lunch specials. If they have cheese wontons I would try. I would hope they would be bid and filled with alot of cheese. Enjoy.“
