“Mary’s is a great little gem in Speonk. Food is always good and pizza is amazing. The place gets crowded and parking can be a bit of a pain but that is really the only downside. The owners are great and always giving back to community. It is a welcome addition to the area.“

“My husband and I, alongside our 2 toddler daughters, had lunch here for the first time today. This place was recommended to us by our neighbor. I am not one to write reviews, but I feel so strongly to share my experience here. I am from Jersey, but have been living in Long Island for the last 7 years..and I will say, this place has by FAR the best italian food I've had since living here. The service was very exceptional as well. He was kind, courteous and attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious. My husband ordered Chicken Piccata and I ordered Chicken Parm with Penne Vodka on the side.. the sauces were AMAZING. I am super picky when it comes to vodka and tomato sauces (which is why I ordered those to be my first entrees) and I was very happy with my meal. We also ordered Zucchini strips, and they were cooked to perfection. Not sloppy or oily, just perfect! My soda wasnt flat either, which I always appreciate lol sometimes the taps in pizzerias taste like literal syrup.. but not here.. Lastly, we loved the casual and low key enviroment, especially having 2 very active toddlers (2 and 3 years old). Its charming, and very clean. Its difficult for us to go out to eat sometimes and not feel like we are bothering other customers who are also trying to enjoy their meal. Thankfully today, 1 daughter was asleep, and the other was distracted with youtube LOL, but normally, they are loud and active and want to run around. I felt very comfortable dining in here.
We will be ordering our italian meals from here moving forward, and I am sorry I am only just discovering this place now!!! 5 star all around!“

“Rocco’s is our go to for pizza or Italian food. Tonight I ordered on the slice app and chose the wrong pie not realizing until it was delivered. I called and they explained the online menu to me, even though it was my error they then delivered the pie I intended to order. Great food, great customer service, delivery always come on time or usually before expected. I cannot say enough good things about Rocco’s our absolute fav! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Tonino's is a great local pizzeria and soon to be full sit-down restaurant! I am very excited for their expansion - they deserve it! Their food is consistently good, staff is very polite and the atmosphere is very inviting. I truly enjoy the indoor-outdoor vibe with the accordion doors. As a year-round local, Tonino's is a go-to spot for great pizza, and Italian-American dishes. Make sure to stop by Tonino's and see their new renovation soon to be completed! 🍕🍕🍕“

“Fantastic food - Uncle Joe is a local legend. I've been eating his food since the 80s. Uncle Joe's Veal and Stuffed Artichokes are the Best! Mushroom & Garlic Calzone with or without Ham..Garbage Pie Pizza... getting hungry! Try the Prixe Fixe in the dinning room, full bar, great food and plenty of it, great prices. Awesome Desserts..“

“Restaurant Week menu was just as good as the regular menu and the portions were just as big. We had a really great waitress, Colleen, who was thoroughly attentive, cheerful, and polite. Thursday night is music night and we loved the duo...piano and singer. Their classic repertoire was really dining music and we thoroughly listening to them. All in all our evening at Centro was great!“

“I have been coming to this deli for years. Manny, Jose and the crew are all very friendly. Not only does the food have a better taste and quality than a lot of their competitors, but the personal greeting and touch makes them stand apart. Having owned a pizzeria in the past, the East Quogue Pizza & Deli makes a very flavorful pie. They will go out of their way to make it the way you want, which holds true for all of the food they cook and serve there.“

“Great local spot that recently changed hands after 40 years owned by another local in the neighborhood. Riverhead is underrated and soon the neighborhood by the train station will be restored and meanwhile enjoy the 2 pizza and drink special during the week.“

“Born in New York and grew up in Huntington. This is my First time at Romas and visiting mom from Virginia, my son has never been to any authentic New York pizza joints. So when we tried Roma’s, he had the Sicilian and he told the owner “it’s the best pizza he ever ate”. Coincidentally the owner knows Tony from our local pizza place in Virginia. Real glad we got up for some real New York pizza before leaving to go home in little ol’ Virginia.“

“The Spanish food is delicious. I love their cheese pizza it's my favorite.
Everything is always fresh hot and delicious.
If you speak Spanish you have to come here. They have a wonderful variety of Spanish food.
They have one table so you can eat there. But the few times I've been there I always take it to go.
Wheelchair accessibility: I believe so. It's in a small shopping area with other stores. They have handicapped parking and a ramp.“

“Dog friendly spot with an absolutely delicious menu. Beyond accommodating (even opening patio upon reservation request inclusive of a furry guest and our cold weather coats). Service has been terrific our handful of visits so far. We will happily be back of course!“

“Lovely dinner with my family last night. Waitstaff could have came around to keep drinks full and make sure our needs were met. Food was delicious but someone needs to please clean that pizza oven. Burn bottom and crust was a bummer as everything else was very nice. Photo is my take home slices. All three pies were this way. Such a shame. My family came from MA.“

“Golbergs is the best, been a staple in my life growing up and proud to say that this a true gem of a location and establishment. Recently this location opened up a Pizza shift which is pretty amazing! Being right down the street this is my new go to!
Amanda and her team are always great, and love supporting local. Major upgrade from their old location, plenty of parking, and it's still busy from open to close.

“I am a Shipt shopper and travel to Riverhead once or twice a week. After a long day, I always look for something fast, delicious, and satisfying. Since I love Italian food, I googled an Italian restaurant nearby and came across Lenny Pizza & Bistro.
My first visit was on September 22, 2025, when I ordered the baked ziti, sautéed spinach, and garlic knots. This was actually my first time ever having freshly baked garlic knots—and they were incredible! That entire meal was so delicious, I knew I’d be back.
On September 29, 2025, I returned and tried the meat lasagna with the sautéed spinach and garlic knots—it was absolutely perfect. Yesterday, I found myself craving that lasagna again and just had to go back. Once more, I ordered the meat lasagna, spinach, and garlic knots, and it was every bit as amazing as the last time.
The food here is consistently fresh, flavorful, and comforting—exactly what I need after a long workday. I can honestly say Lenny Pizza & Bistro has quickly become my go-to spot in Riverhead. Highly recommend!
