“The service, atmosphere, food and drinks were spot on perfection. This was our first time attending and we will certainly be coming back again. Our waitress was friendly, prompt and attentative. Our drinks and appetizers wonderful, full flavored and eloquently crafted. Our dinner was paced perfectly to allow our appetizer to settle. the meals were both designed to perfection. I am the lead Furniture specialist of a local restaurant distributor and I have to say, I was very impressed with the interior design. Inside and out, this venue was beautifully designed. I love the concept of an open kitchen. Overall I rate this five stars. We had a positive experience. Can't wait for our next visit. Highly recommend.“

“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

“We had a wonderful experience at the new CopperTop in Dewitt tonight with my family. The new space is beautiful, we loved sitting by the fireplace. The food was delicious. We had excellent service. I went with my husband, parents, and my three year old. Always nervous taking him out as he can be a bit restless and kids are sometimes viewed as an inconvenience in restaurants but our server Dominique was an angel and so good with our whole table, especially our son. He loved being surprised with an ice cream sundae and is already asking if he can go back. We will definitely be frequent fliers here!“

“We went to Logan's twice in the last couple if weeks. The food there is great. Despite the fact that the restaurant is short on staff, the staff they do have is phenomenal and always going an extra mile to accommodate their customers. We had a great brunch in Sunday despite a very long wait. Everyone enjoyed their food and our waitress was great! We will return.“

“This place is a hidden gem in the center of Syracuse NY. The sauce for the mussels was extraordinary and well thought out! The glaze on the salmon was exquisite. The salmon was cooked ro perfection.
The atmosphere was quiet as it was a Wednesday. But very open and relaxing!
The service was interesting. Isabella was my waitress. A young college student who just finished at a local community college and said she was considering continuing her education in business finance. I see nothing but success in this young girls future! She is professional, and appears to have a solid work ethic as well!
If you are a local, give this place a try. And if you are traveling from out of town and staying in the hotel, you have a really good place to eat right downstairs!

“It was our first visit and my sister and I were there for a nice pre-theater dinner. We had a great experience! I love the concept of a pre-theater, themed menu. Although the choices were limited, the food was great. I had the best ever Short Rib dinner. Portion could have been a bit larger considering the $28 price. But the meat was tender and flavorful. Our server was wonderful and it was just a fun atmosphere.“
“Great place to eat in the late summer and fall . The view of the trees turning colors from the outside dining on the deck is BEAUTIFUL ! The food is okay , service not that good , but it’s worth it for the view alone . You get an amazing view overlooking the trees and the lake below from the deck . We enjoyed a Beautiful day there , and we will go back again in the fall and enjoy the deck on a sunny , warm , Fall Day for lunch and drinks .“

“We stopped in at this charming little mom-and-pop diner and were instantly greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear this place is a staple in the community, locals were chatting at the counter, and we, just passing through, felt right at home. We ordered the omelettes, which were absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Even our 5 month old was in awe of how fresh and colorful the veggies were! One of the highlights was watching the owner hard at work on the cook line behind the counter. There's something special about seeing someone so dedicated and hands-on with their business. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Despite a steady stream of customers, everything moved smoothly without feeling rushed. “What a find in the Double Tree Hotel in East Syracuse, NY! We stopped for the night in East Syracuse on our way to Boston. We arrived late into the city and were looking for a place for a late-night meal. We lucked out with the find of the Season Tavern inside the Double Tree Hotel.Our first choice was the Salt City Smashed Burger. The burger arrived large with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese on a Brioche Bun/Roll with fries. The burger was great and the presentation was very good.Our second choice was the Street-Style Fish Tacos. This treat arrived with Red Snapper, Napp slaw, Pico De Gallo, Cotija cheese, Chipotle Aioli, lime, and Cilantro. All of this was served on our choice of either flour or corn tortillas. We picked the flour tortillas. We had a choice of either a salad or chips as a side. We went with the salad. Just like the burger the tacos were great and the presentation was very good. We enjoyed our meals with glasses of wine which were appropriately priced.Once again, I wish Google would allow ½ stars. The Season Tavern is a solid 4 ½ stars. This was great bar food at a reasonable price. The service was over the top; thank you, Ms Kim! We don't travel this way much, but if we do, we will make sure we stop and dine at the Season Tavern. Enjoy!“

“The York….what can I say other than AMAZING!! This place is packed and well worth it! We ordered the Poutine to start and if I would have known it was this good, it would have been my meal! But nevertheless, I ordered a Filet Mignon with Mac and cheese and it was cooked med-rare to perfection! Mac and Cheese was also amazing! I included a photo of my colleague’s pasta dish (can’t remember the name) but it was also good! If you are in downtown Syracuse don’t sleep on this one, check out The York! You won’t be disappointed!“

“Best place to have a party in event room. Maria is the best to work with. Responded very quickly to inquire of room for my father’s birthday celebration. Lots of choices for food and the pizza oven has a variety of tasty pizzas to choose from. Kim DeStefano was the best bartender, quick, efficient and exceptionally friendly. The event room was everything I wanted & could have imagined to celebrate my dad’s 80th. Highly recommend with working with Marie for any parties in the future. “Beautiful place, fun decor and such, but maybe not the best place to bring a kid. We stopped in after Monster Jam with our 3 year old. we promised him "time to pet kitties" but we ended up leaving without visiting the $10/person for 30 min cat room. Not because of the price, but because of our experience with the server. My son saw the arcade room, and excitedly ran into there and sat at a game. we had sat down, and the server marched into the arcade room, pulled my son's hands off of an arcade game and told my mother that he, "CANT be in here" So, we brought him out. He was heartbroken, but we were able to redirect him while we ordered. I placed an order for the meatball special, planning to share with my son. The server said she had to check and see if they had meatballs left, and a few minutes later she came back and said, "okay" so I assumed it was okay to order. We all ordered, and a few more minutes went by, she came back and said, "Actually, we're all out of meatballs so I need you to order something else" I said something like okay, but I needed time to find something for my son. Said server stood over me, so I quickly chose a spicy ramen and continued to try and find something for my son. She said, "I'll take the menu back now" and I was sort of shocked and said that my son needed to eat too and I was just trying to figure out what he was having. We ended up asking for plain rice in a hurry, and they were able to accommodate, but that servers standoffish and rather rude demeanor towards a THREE year old has us never visiting again. I couldn't wait to leave. I will say that after we ordered the rude server left, and we did have a much nicer server, who was very accommodating.“

“The service was spot on! Our server was great! As expected, the food was served hot & delish. I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich with fries & a side of ranch. The portion was huge! I was meeting a relative I'd not seen in a few years so we stayed way past normal (about 3 hours) but the staff & server kept filling our refreshments the whole time (we'd already paid & tipped much earlier) so we left an additional tip & tild the server how much we appreciated her kindness!“

“I disagree 100 percent that the riggies here taste better than Utica. They simply don’t. The portion size was great, but the chicken was so cut way too small. The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. They do seem to get very busy though. Parking can be limited.“

“Small space, but my wife and I have gone multiple times and always get seated within 20 minutes. Its usually at the bar, which is fine with us, but if you want a table, you may wait a bit longer.
Decent beer selection. Always a refreshing sangria selection available.
Menu and specials are always good. We often split several apps as they tend to be our favorites, but you can't go wrong.
Staff are always friendly. Bar staff are especially kind and knowledgeable.“
