They had amazing home made iced tea as well. They also have lunch specials and buy 2 get 1 free for sushi rolls. Would definitely be back!“

Service was attentive, but I wish they had more info about the dishes. Info such as ingredients in the sauces, where the fish came from etc.

The service was also very authentic to Japan in the sense that they were rigid about timing and when we were allowed to order certain things. If you missed your chance to order certain sections of the menu they wouldn’t take the order. lol it felt just like being in Japan.

HOWEVER they did accommodate an unusual dietary restriction and we very much appreciated that.

I think it’s fair because there’s no tip (it’s included in the price). Which is also true to Japan.“

“We had the 12 piece omakase, which came with amazing service from Kevin. We went to the 5pm seating and were the first ones to arrive for dinner, so we got even more attention. You can’t go back to regular sushi after tasting the real deal, handmade with excellent quality fish, many of which are flown in from Japan. The kanpachi and the madai were especially standouts for us, and the heart shaped sushi ‘birthday cake’ was a creative and funny (and fiery) way to celebrate. Thanks for making our visit special!“

It was wonderful on all fronts - the space, the vibe, the freshness, the omakase selections, the assembly, the presentation, and of course, the taste (oishii!). Really good sake, too. Chef Tachikawa took great care of us- he was friendly, gracious, and way capable. Our server (everything else but the sushi), Jean, was also fantastic. “First off, I absolutely love Yellowstone Sushi! I’ve always ordered sushi rolls here because they’re consistently fresh and delicious. Tonight I decided to be a little adventurous and try sashimi for the first time. I ordered the sashimi appetizer, not realizing it’s normally an assortment of different fish, and I had requested only salmon.

They called me to explain the menu and, as a one time courtesy because I didn’t know, they kindly offered to make it with just tuna and salmon instead. I want to be clear that this was a special accommodation they made for me and not something they normally offer.

I thought that was incredibly thoughtful and such wonderful customer service. They took the time to call, explain everything, and make sure I had a great first sashimi experience instead of just sending the standard order.

The fish here is super fresh, the omakase pieces are AMAZING, and the staff and sushi chefs are so nice. There have been many times we’ve gone to pricier places and talked about how this one is still one of our faves.

It’s upstairs in the food court, so it can be easy to miss if you aren’t looking, but I 1000% recommend checking it out.“

The cashier/staff was very welcoming and great with recommendations. I got a mango tango, dragon roll, spicy salmon, and spicy tuna. It seems like there are regulars in this small place but i can see why. They are speedy for a quick lunch break.
