“Sushi was some of the best I’ve had. Chefs know what they’re doing with the glazes and sauces.

Service was attentive, but I wish they had more info about the dishes. Info such as ingredients in the sauces, where the fish came from etc.

The service was also very authentic to Japan in the sense that they were rigid about timing and when we were allowed to order certain things. If you missed your chance to order certain sections of the menu they wouldn’t take the order. lol it felt just like being in Japan.

HOWEVER they did accommodate an unusual dietary restriction and we very much appreciated that.

I think it’s fair because there’s no tip (it’s included in the price). Which is also true to Japan.“

He was friendly, professional, and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. “We came it at an extremely late time (~30-40 minutes before closing) and they were the only sushi place still open. Not only that, they had amazing menus on iPads and gave us multiple options for water. Lastly, they had our food out extremely quickly and it was extremely good, especially the fries which was very surprising. Each roll was very pretty and perfect for photos. Which is not a bad thing, this is good place if you want something different but still stay in the familiarity of dishes. Their prices are very fairand give good portion sizes. I usually don't have to deal with a wait before being seated and the skewers are great for sharing because they're all bite sized.“

The mixed tempura ($21), though crispy, has a slightly stodgy batter. The vegetable pieces could have been cut smaller as they are a bit unwieldy. The space is quite small. “First off, I absolutely love Yellowstone Sushi! I’ve always ordered sushi rolls here because they’re consistently fresh and delicious. Tonight I decided to be a little adventurous and try sashimi for the first time. I ordered the sashimi appetizer, not realizing it’s normally an assortment of different fish, and I had requested only salmon.

They called me to explain the menu and, as a one time courtesy because I didn’t know, they kindly offered to make it with just tuna and salmon instead. I want to be clear that this was a special accommodation they made for me and not something they normally offer.

I thought that was incredibly thoughtful and such wonderful customer service. They took the time to call, explain everything, and make sure I had a great first sashimi experience instead of just sending the standard order.

“Really enjoyed the takeout I ordered for delivery. The Royal Greens Salads are huge!!! I would say they're twice as big as other salads chains. I wish it was easier though to know the dietary info for the salad dressings as I could not tell which ones were vegan. I love that you can choose your own protein and swap some of the toppings or build your own. I also got the green tofu curry dish from SriPraPhai as well. The sauce was incredibly flavor and I liked the amount of kick it had. It was spicy but not too spicy for me atleast. I do wish it had more tofu in it though as it felt very sauce heavy. I would order takeout from here again especially if I was getting food with someone who wanted something different then me. I appreciate the free delivery and the amazing portion sizes. It's nice to be able to order multiple cuisines as well.“

“Took us a while to find the place, it’s on the second floor of the food court. We made a reservation but we were the only ones at the restaurant. You have to buy alcoholic drinks at the bar downstairs and they have a decent selection of draft beers. Food was good quality but tiny pieces for our taste so we added a roll combo to our 16 piece omakase and polished with some mochi ice cream cups from downstairs shop. Overall it was a very nice evening!“
