“It is a quiet place to have coffee and pastry. Pretty much similar to Paris Baguette.
I would ask the management to specify that you cannot sit at their tables after 7:20pm and the remaining time is just take out.
It appears that employees start cleaning up the place at 7pm with aim to close at 8pm.
So then there should be a sign to indicate last time for table use (dining area).
It feels a bit unsettled when you are sitting to enjoy what you bought and to be told to leave the table because they are closing up the table and chair use.“

“My husband and I made the long drive yesterday (2 1/2 hrs each way) from upstate NY to visit our daughter in NYC just for the day. While strolling around her neighborhood we came upon your lovely bakery and cafe and after eyeing the beautiful carrot cake in the window, we had to go in. Carrot cake is my favorite sweet treat. There were so many beautiful choices, but we got 2 slices of carrot cake to take back home with us. After the long drive back home we were really looking forward to a piece of cake and a cup of coffee. I opened one of the beautifully packed boxes, which revealed an enormous slice of yumminess!! The slice was big enough for at least 3 people. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everything about this cake was phenomenal. The frosting was outstanding, the cake was so flavorful and moist. It was the best we’ve ever had. We have enough left for a few days. I’m so glad we stopped in. It was a great way to end our lovely day in the city and will most certainly go back on our next trek in . I will also have to get our daughter pick up some baked goods when she’s coming home for a visit. I highly recommend Crumbly Cafe & Bakery😊😊“

I first ordered the heirloom tomato & feta sandwich, which was unbelievable. It is so clear that they use incredibly high-quality ingredients and carefully curate each component, which is exactly why everything comes together in such an elevated way.

The tomatoes reminded me of the ones I grew in my garden during California summers as a teenager. Perfectly salted, layered over soft, not-too-tart feta. The focaccia was made with beautiful olive oil and, while a bit chewier than I usually prefer, gave the sandwich a satisfying bite. I had to close my eyes while eating it just to savor it.

The chocolate cherry almond croissant… wow. Such a creative combination, and it did not disappoint. Soft, buttery, and filled with a sour cherry compote that reminded me of a cherry cordial from a box of chocolates.

I went in by myself and tried their banh mi, which despite not being like what you would find in a typical Vietnamese spot, was super tasty and I highly recommend it. Use my photo as evidence of how good it is, I ate half of it before I finally took a photo, haha. The bread itself was soft, it tasted fresh, and the filling wasn't overly spicy or bland, it was just right. The baked goods looked tempting and I might have to try them next time.

Service wise, they're great. The staff will let you know how long you'll wait for items and they are good at what they do, both in the front facing customers and in the back prepping.“

My son's big day today and I took a trip here to pick up my custom strawberry cake layered with their famous lightly sweetened freshly whipped cakes. When you step inside It's as if you step back in time. My mom first took me here when I was 11 or 12 and this place still look the same. The bakery captures a lot of customers from the surrounding businesses such as the hospital. It's great to see a flow a diverse crowd visiting this Gem.
