There are several pizzerias near us, but on a whim looking for something different (not super crazy about the ones we usually order from) we ordered a regular pizza from them and it didn't disappoint! Just perfect. Our daughter is getting sick of pizza, but loved it. The next time we ordered their white pizza which again delicious and lots of cheese! Last night we tried their subs. WOW! I have not had a chicken finger sub that good in forever. Perfect amt of everything and didnt skimp on toppings. Our daughter was in heaven. The owners are so friendly too. Now our go to place. “Had the best dinner out in a very long time. Sea Bass special. Not sure I would have ordered it if the dish was written out. Too many things added in that I ultimately didn't know what they were. Not a big pesto fan and the dish came in a bath of creamy green with an odd looking chutney of sorts on top. The green was a fantastic pesto tinged super flavorful sauce and the topping was a grand mix of sweet, savory and nut crunch, a fantastic meal.“

“I accidentally purchased a gift card here thinking it was a different Brick Oven location (my mistake!). When I called, they were so gracious and told me returning it wouldn’t be an issue. We decided to give it a try instead and wow, we’re so glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and attentive. It’s not local to us, but we’re in the area often and will absolutely be back. So happy we discovered this place!“

“Delicious subs that are huge! We got the 8 inch Cane Corso, great flavor on the slices of steak, perfect with the crispy lettuce. The chicken finger wrap was good, although we'll get it as a sub next time because the bread was so good. Garlic bread has tomatoes, which I love and not a super strong garlic flavor. Hand cut fries we're on point. The soup was gazpacho and if you like your gazpacho blended, it's worth a try. They sell a board game, which is super random, but the staff explained they created the game. I'm not much into the board games, but he was really knowledgeable about it and I gotta say, I'm considering checking it out. Friendly, delicious great prices. Maybe I'll remember pictures next time.“

“One of our monthly, sometimes weekly, go tos. We have lived in Detroit and in NYC and have never had better pizza than Jay’s. Truly amazing food and love that they have unique options. The salad is one of the best salads I’ve ever had, even our 2 year old is a huge fan. You should plan to wait a bit on a Friday or Saturday night but I promise it’s worth it!!“

From the very beginning, Hannah, the event coordinator, was beyond phenomenal. She made everything feel easy, organized, and completely stress free. Every detail was handled so seamlessly and it honestly felt like she cared just as much about our day as we did. Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. Attentive, kind, on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and brought such a great energy to the day. “I absolutely would recommend Johnny’s. Our party of 9 walked in and was instantly greeted with the warmest Buffalo welcome during half time. We were out celebrating my son’s 12th birthday, it also happened to be an employees birthday. “Might be a new favorite joint, which is a lot for me to say because I've probably been going to the same 2 places for pizza the last 20 years! For reference i ordered the small Zah, so a small (but still 8 slices!) Pepperoni pizza and 10 wings. Price was reasonable considering how much wings go for these days, was quoted 20 minutes over the phone but order was ready in about 15 which was a nice surprise because I'm always early. Very friendly over the counter service, love the decor in the lobby, gives that nice old school feel that i think is lost in alot of places today. Pizza was the right amount of sauce, cheese and char pepperoni, sauce in particular was very good, pleasantly sweet and not acidic. Wings were phenomenal, I personally hate my wings soggy and dripping with sauce and these were crunchy, crispy, and tossed just enough to get the flavor but not feel like they're waterlogged with sauce. Will absolutely order from again, my only complaint is to myself for not thinking to try this place out sooner!“

“I absolutely loved this place. I went there last October however, last week while spending the night in Buffalo, i had to make another pit stop. The atmosphere is amazing however, the wings are outstanding. This has become my favorite wing location in Buffalo. The only thing that is horrible is the parking. The reason is because this place is always packed. This is a good thing for the business however, it’s a crappy thing for the patrons. It’s a weird teeter totter.“
