“On our recent Saturday visit, while there were multiple staff members present and it was not busy, it took over 5 minutes just to get waited on.
After we placed our order and paid, we waited and waited: 4 customers AFTER us had their orders filled PROMPTLY. I finally approached the SAME employee who took our order...she asked I wanted to order, she had forgotten us completely. I will NEVER return to this location“
“This place is my go to stop every morning. The older lady at the window is so polite and friendly and always provides immaculate service and shows great hospitality! The whole team is very understanding and professional. They always have whatever I want to eat or drink and if they don’t have it they always go out of their way to offer to make it fresh to order. This location is always very clean and tidy and very presentable. The coffee is always very hot and fresh. Stop by here for some fresh coffee and amazing service you won’t regret it!“

“I would like to recognize an employee Meghan H. Whom had been coming in for the start of her shift. I give her 5⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Meghan is an Outstanding Amazing employee!... from the moment she walked in. she clocked in and greeted me. As I was a customer in line just walking in. She greeted me with a smile asked how can I help you? took my order (a large hot, mocha latte)as she had been very Pleasant and polite while attentive, prompt and courteous! from the start all the way through the order. then proceeded to start her shift and worked for her assigned area in drive through. after my great experience at this location. Parking: It's a convenient store and tim Hortons so there are gas pumps maybe ten places to park so it's always cpnjested
