Our sever was pretty rude and made an error with my husbands order then had the audacity to role her eyes once we corrected her. We weren’t rude at all about it. It’s totally ok things happen. But don’t roll your eyes. You work in the service / restaurant industry. Then to top it off they automatically charge 18% tip to your bill. Again totally fine, but I think that’s why we were given poor service as they know they will make their money regardless.This place leaves much to be desired.“
“Went with my best friend after a great "girl day" at breezy point. Eating here was the best end to our day. We ordered the coconut red lentil soup. So good. It was warm and creamy and fully of flavor. We also order the Manti stuffed with squash with a Filet Mignon skewer. Honestly, the flavors all exploded in my mouth. The samosa chaat had the right spice level!Veg Hakka noodles is the main I got while my partner got Singapore noodles with shrimp. The Hakka noodles were perfection in texture, not oily, not soggy, just right and very generous portions too. Needed a little bit of salt but that's easily fixed and I'd rather have less salt in a dish than too much!Partner said the shrimp was cooked beautifully in their noodles and was very flavourful.Had the ras Malai for dessert and it was really good too. As previous reviews have mentioned, Tanveer was an excellent server and was very sweet and helpful.The restaurant is very clean, has really good table settings and overall the atmosphere is cosy for a dine in. “I've been here three times with three different groups of friends and they've all loved this place. I always get sushi however one person I went with didn't eat sushi, but he loved the General Tso's chicken. They have a great assortment and diversity of selections on their menu. Their sushi is very fresh, beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. There are plenty of cooked options as well for people who do not eat sushi. The ambience is nice with a smaller sized dining room, and the service is outstanding. It's nice because the servers are on top of your meal/order without being on top of your table. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to go back again.“

Scallion pancake tasty but not too greasy, as it can be elsewhere. Chicken and broccoli, orange beef, and lo mein had the rest of my party raving. Kaji is the only one spot in GC that my family and I will go for Japanese food for years and years. They have a pretty decent lunch menu and catering platter. Su & Sa for 2 or su for 2 are very fresh and great presentation which came with 2 special rolls. All lunches and entree come with soup and salad. Over all, we always had great service and the best sushi ever at kaji. Highly recommend to others. “Great place. We lived in Long Beach for 3 lovely years until the rent became exorbitant. This was our only sushi hangout. Small, hole in the wall joint but the food...o so sublime. “I think we are practically family with this business. We order a variety of foods that were very delicious. My new favorite lately would be the boneless spare ribs with the pork fried rice. The flavor and stickiness of the ribs and the deliciousness of the rice. Loved that the rice is never oily yet full of flavor. They are also very flexible and willing to customize many of the pairings for the dish which has been outstanding for my low carb endeavors every so often.“

I only have had one mishap--I have a severe fish allergy, and ordered a shrimp teriyaki bento box that comes with a California roll. They will usually substitute a Shrimp Tempura roll for the fish-based CA Roll. This last order I received was delicious except for the roll contained imitation crab (which is made with pollock--FISH!). One bite and I knew something was awfully wrong. Don't know if someone was asleep at the wheel or if they just didn't care(?!).Despite the mishap, I will continue ordering from them, It's just SOOO GOOD! “I went to visit my brother and mom, and we decided to try this place for the first time, we had take out, the food was very good but the shrimp in the entrées were small. We expected the shrimp to be larger especially for an entrée. I would recommend changing the entrée dishes to larger shrimps, and the portions were generous. I would go back and try other dishes.“

I deliver for uber eats now as a side job so I'm ducking in and out of restaurants to pick up food for people. I decided to order for pick up on door dash, eventually I've got to get membership with uber eats over door dash but for now I drive for uber eats but use door dash to make use of my yearly membership. I probably should have ordered quicker so that's my own fault but when I got there my personal food was going to take awhile. I was delivering one order for uber on my lunch break. So I thought I'd have enough time to get the person their order and come back for mine before my lunch break was over but I did not and I was about ten minutes late back to my regular job. I liked the sesame tofu, the sauce was good, the rice was good too. However I did feel for a lunch special it was on the pricier side maybe because the food is kosher. The tofu was softer than I would have liked, it's hard to get a chinese place to make the tofu nice and firm like chicken but it was still good. I'd come here again if I gave myself more ordering time. Or just had time to wait for my food.“

The fact I had ordered on Uber eats and uber eats canceled my order due to the driver taking long & restaurant closing up, but as soon as my order was cancelled on the app, this restaurant actually did not hesitate to contact me directly, to tell me that they will deliver the food to me & did ask where was I located, which I mentioned “Far Rockaway” & which this excellent restaurant was still nice & Great about delivering my orders, I did mention that I was very understandable & I would pay for the toll for them to come over & go back which was just 4$ total & then tip them very well in my part which they actually deserved! I can say that this Long Beach Chines restaurant is on top of the line! Please don’t miss out at all! I never had ever tasted A excellent Special House fried rice like theirs, along with there Chicken wings, Jumbo Shrimps, shrimps Broccoli & White rice, & French Fries, & Egg Roll, that tasted amazing & was NOT GREECY at all!
