“Lively atmosphere, offering more than a just a pub to drink in. We enjoyed the burger and pork chop which had a delicious mustard glaze. My only complaint is that everything is “a la carte”. The price points are over $20 for these items, some fries or a vegetable on the side would be nice. Also could benefit from sound absorbing ceiling panels. We did experience great service. A nice place to have in the neighborhood.“

“Our new home kitchen during renovations. Thank you Manhasset IHOP for always welcoming us in, especially during this crazy time at home. Everyone who has ever helped us has been so wonderful.. especially with my 2 yr old. Every server, a heart of gold! Love this location. Really-of all of them on the north shore, this one is always consistent & hands down the best!“

It's a really nice family-owned restaurant in the area. Would be a decent date spot, especially because of the outdoor seating... call ahead and see if you can bring a board game.
Kimchi burger was amazing and I'd come back just for that!“

“I experienced Nettie’s for the first time last evening. My dining experience was excellent from arrival to departure. The food was “DELISH!” The owner was welcoming & hospitable, the service was good, and the music and atmosphere wea awesome! “I have been a customer of Austin’s Ale House for many years, I know them well they know me well. This year I decided to give the excellent and highly favored family cooking team a break and had Austin’s Ale House cater our Christmas Dinner. I went with the ham dinner for 10 to feed 7 people🤣. The ordering was done with ease and so was the pick up. The family did a preliminary tasting...... LOVED .IT and whatever we have left after the “taste test” will have to serve as our Christmas Dinner. Since the taste test was so aggressive we may need to supplement what’s left with a few cheese omelets 🤣. We enjoyed it so much there was much talk about it becoming the new family tradition. THANK YOU AUSTIN’S ALE HOUSE AND MEREY CHRISTMAS........ PS I’m going to need one of those backyard igloos in a day or so. See you then 🎄❤️“

“We were a party of 4, and we each had a different appetizer and entree. All the food was excellent. The menu has something for pretty much everyone. Our dinner was on a quiet Sunday night, so the noise level was low. I've been here when it is really busy and the noise level then is moderate (ie, not too noisy for conversation). The service was also excellent. Overall it was a really nice experience, and I will definitely start coming here more often.“

“Always a pleasure coming to Rove! Tonite was an exceptional experience. I wish i got the bartenders name. Wednesday 4/24/24 between 7-9pm. Nice nails and curly hair. She was funny pleasant and took care of us. Long story short, after great apps and drinks, paid the bill and left…I dropped a $50 out of my pocket after I paid and left and was only 2 store fronts down and she came after me telling me you dropped a bill and gave it back. You don’t see this honestly often anymore. Kudos to her and Rove deserves her as an employee.“

“We went for the second time, the first time was so much better!! This time it was not good. My wife had the fish tacos. Not only did they not look nice but the taste was bad. I had the crunchy mahi mahi. It looked like raw tuna. It was not good as well. The only thing we liked was the desserts. We will not go back any time soon.“

“This diner is a jewel in residential Whitestone. Surrounded by private houses, you are likely to miss the diner. We are an ova-lacto-vegetarian family. We ate vegetarian quesadillas and tacos. Neither of them were on the menu but they substituted pinto beans for meat and it was amazing. I would say it is a quaint little diner with amazing tex-mex food!“
