“Came here just for the pho and everyone was very nice. I was not disappointed. The pho broth could’ve had just a taddd bit more flavor but overall very yummy! The steak (got pho sizzle) was sooo delicious and tender. I also like how they have a rewards program!“
“The new owner is lovely, and her food is delicious even though a little bit different. Unfortunately the menu has been changed, so many of the dishes we used to order there are no longer offered. But all of the noodle soups are still available. So important to support little shop owners. Definitely worth a visit.“
“A wonderfully charming and delightfully flavorful restaurant tucked behind what seemed like fairly nondescript strip mall takeout entrance from outside. The first thoughts through my mind were - a real life TARDIS!We had reservations and were seated promptly in a booth. Fried squid appetizers disappeared before they got a chance to cool down. Our table ordered a mix of pho soups (brisket, sliced beef) and stir fries (spring roll, beef cubes). The phos were a little deceptive - did not realize there was a whole block of rice noodle at the bottom, when it absorbed and expanded what looked like a bowl of broth became a bowl full of noodle. Loved the light, fresh, flavorful broth. Definitely will come again!“
“I just discovered that there is a pho grand Westbury in Naussau county. there isn't any good spot in li. so was excited to check it out since it's near. It's not really a sit down restaurant. More for take out I got the grilled pork chop with rice. give it a 4/5 because u can't really tastes the lemon grass. the fish sauce flavor is on the light side. my daughter ordered the vermicelli with grilled chicken , she enjoyed it. looks and smelled good. the summer roll was 3/5. the rice paper didn't hold up . it fell apart. i will definitely come to try the pho and other items on the menu. For the people who had issues with pho being in a container with no space to mix their food. Most restaurants served in that manner. I usually poured it into a bigger bowl at home . I hope down the road they sell viet dessert (che)“
“My family and I had an excellent experience at Theo Thai. After finding the restaurant on Muslim Foodies, we came same-day in the late afternoon.I myself ordered a steak with drunken udon doodles. All the noodle dishes tasted exceptional. However, the steak was bland in comparison. Moreover, the service here was 100% perfect. Two servers, a man and a woman, were extremely friendly. They entertained us with good conversation, which maintained the great atmosphere. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful as well.I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to try tasty halal Thai cuisine.Dietary restrictions: 100% halal“
“So lucky to have a family owned and operted restaurant serving great Vietnamese food in this area. They grew this business from a food truck. I used to have to travel to thier first brick and mortar restaurant in Farmingdale. The pho and noodle dishes are amazing as are the crepes. Spring rolls and summer rolls as well as chicken wings are delicious.“
“Place is nice and clean and excellent customer service from the girl working there. On a chilly night this Pho hit the spot!! Excellent pho with flank meat. Tasty and good size. There is hot sauce and hosin sauce to add if you like. Definitely come try it out.“
“Ha Long Bay in New Hyde Park is a gem! The Bun Bo Hue soup I ordered was extraordinarily delicious—a flavor explosion. Katy, our waitress, was incredibly attentive and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. A definite must-visit for authentic Vietnamese cuisine with exceptional service!“
“The sauce for the Filet Mignon Banh Mi was too sweet. The server explained that most American customers like sweet sauce. So I exchanged my sandwich for a Vietnamese Shrimp Summer Roll. The shrimp was clean and fresh, but the noodles were soggy.I will be back to try the Short Rib Banh Mi with a low sugar level. The service here was excellent!“
