“Bad Seed was always our favorite HV cidery. We fell in love with their cider and beautiful orchard when we used to live down the road. When we got engaged we immediately reached out to inquire about having our wedding there, fully expecting that it would be out of our budget. Instead, it was one of the most affordable options in the area so we immediately booked it! We are so so grateful for Devin and the incredible staff at Bad Seed, who went out of their way to make sure us and our guests had the best time. Everyone commented on how great the cider was, how beautiful the ceremony and reception space was, and how kind the bartenders were. It was the best day, and will forever be our favorite place to return to every time we visit family in the area. If you’re getting married in the Hudson Valley, look no further than Bad Seed, it has it all!“

I tried several different drinks including my stand by old fashioned. Tommy the bartender made the perfect drink. There was a balance of flavors that was sublime. “We had a fantastic experience at Zeus Brewing while visiting from out of town. Maria, our server, was absolutely AWESOME —she picked the perfect beer flight for me, and everything she suggested was spot on. The Reuben burger was absolutely delicious, and I can't stop thinking about the peach and basil beer—it was such a unique and refreshing flavor. The hostess also gave us great recommendations for things to do while we’re in town. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!“

“Such a great and friendly atmosphere to play a few games of pool or dart, good drink prices, good people and even if you’re a stranger you can feel like it’s your own local watering hole. I especially like the pool table bc it’s regulation size and of top quality. I don’t know about you but that makes a huge difference! I highly recommend Tags tavern any night or day of the week.“

“This is my favorite little spot, everyone is friendly, usually a low key place. 2 pool tables (quarters, $2 a game, nice diamond tables) and a small selection of food, but they never give us a hard time about ordering delivery there. OTB, Scratch off machine, and a covered picnic bench outside.“

“Legendary local spot. The bartenders are all rockstars that will treat you like family from the get go. It's cash only so keep that in mind before getting there (there is an ATM there). They're also dog friendly which is a big plus for us. Definitely a must visit for a late night drink.“
