“I liked the menu options a lot, a good variety of diner food w/ some French inspired dishes. Our waiter was funny and really nice lol. Place is kinda small, but we didn’t have to wait at all even though it’s a no res spot. They gave us a small ice cream and whipped cream dessert for new years 🥹 Overall, I had higher expectations for the food based on the price points so was a little disappointed

- French onion soup ($19): 7/10, I LOVE French onion soup, but the broth wasn’t as flavorful or onion-y as I would’ve liked. Was pretty excited about this but disappointed. It was filled to the brim, which is great in theory, but it was lowkey hard to start eating it without it spilling over
- Patty melt ($21): 8/20, pretty solid, but lowkey reminds me of the melt from Waffle House lol
- Fries: 7/10, standard
- Complimentary ice cream w/ whipped cream: 7/10, standard ice cream, but it was nice that it was free 🥹

“This Manhattan diner was neat and clean, and the food was definitely good. The staff was friendly, but one downside was that they charged for refills on small cups, which felt a bit pricey. Overall, a solid spot for a tasty meal if you’re in the area, just be aware of the extra charges, they will try to be sneaky.“

“I didn’t expect a full blown broadway show experience in a restaurant! If you want show tunes and pop music served with a plate of great food then this is the place for you! Our server Brandi M. belted out a wicked version of The wizard and I! I ordered the BLT with avocado and waffle fries and my friend ordered the chicken and waffles. Both were delicious.“

“Traditional old school diner with wonderful staff and very intimate. Prices and food are better than the fancier looking, large dinners in the city. The place is small but customers are wise to eat and allow others to enjoy breakfast and great burgers for lunch. “Had breakfast there twice. Once solo and the next time with my wife. Consecutive Tuesdays. Just there this morning, after the golf range at Chelsea Piers. It's a combination of Greek and Mexican specialties. I have sampled the eggs overeasy with corned beef and this time had three poached eggs with fresh tomato and feta, home fries and coffee. All wonderful. My wife had fried eggs with ham on top of grilled taco. She loved it. This is a top notch diner with excellent service.“

The door person & security were great, took a second to get in but they were polite & had to let in a few guest before me. I got to see DJ Ellie play and for a Thursday it was busy pretty early. Our waiter made sure our food was exactly what we wanted by asking intentional questions - about the chocolate milk and even how we wanted the blueberries/chocolate chips on our pancakes - also asked if we wanted our bacon crispier or not when our plates came out. “After looking at reviews I expected more. No carnivore starter options. Had to settle for a 10 ounce steak as an appetizer and another for a main. Well prepared but hardly sufficient for a grown man. Partner had the pressed chicken that was dry. If they catered for meat eaters by having a carnivore appetizer and more substantial steak I'd return. Service and ambiance very nice.“
