“I recently visited a Tim Hortons and the experience was pretty average. The coffee was okay, but not as fresh as I hoped. It had a slight bitter aftertaste, like it had been hanging around for a while. The donut I ordered was passable, but nothing great—a little dry. The service was also a little slow, even though there weren't many people. The staff didn't seem particularly motivated, and it seemed like they were just doing the minimum. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either—just average. I expected a little better, especially given Tim Hortons reputation.“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!
Hope she gets to hear about this, as well as the young blonde lady at the window when I pulled up... Will definitely be back!!!“

“Out of this world donuts, pastries and you can get a delicious basic breakfast sandwich too. The place was clean, well staffed and had cute decor. It's not your typical coffee shop, was bright and more like a coffee shop in a mall setting. You really want to love it since the eats are delicious but it may be a place to grab and go to your favorite spot near the falls. I love a good coffee and it was pretty good, the iced tea was well made also. The falls are so close you could grab a bite and go walk the park. Twisted Glazed Donut for the win! Bacon, egg and cheese was amazing.

3 for atmosphere because it seemed just too cafeteria style, mall food court for me where it could have such a better vibe.

Kid-friendliness: Big open seating with plenty of tables and chairs. Not in the casino or even close to the smoking side, so perfect to bring kids for a quick bite.
