“Freaking hard to find. Google sends you the wrong way. It is on the south side of the tracks. Exactly the opposite side of the tracks the Google brings you to. If you like super thin, chared pizza, you're not going to find much better. Quite pricey for a 16 pie. 24 bucks for a basic pie. Enough for 2 to enjoy. I will be going back again to try other pizza variations. The beer garden it's located at has some nice beer and wine. It's super loud in the dining room. They have outdoor seating which is more quiet. Quick and friendly service.“

Truly from the way they make their fresh dough, choose their top of the line cheese, tomato sauce, Dearborn ham, etc, I can tell they shopped around and chose the best. From perfectly crisped meaty bacon bits, tender chicken and how they cut their produce to carmelize the onions on top so it complements the entire BBQ chicken pizza I just tried. This is the first round pizza I had from them and it didn’t disappoint. It had a nicely seasoned Parmesan garlic butter crust and the toppings were perfectly placed with just enough bbq sauce. Can we talk about their salads, too?? Quality produce with romaine lettuce cut like pros-uniform and easy to eat. And generous toppings with a yummy ranch (my favorite here) dressing. Take a day off and do yourself a favor. Try this place! They now have a Michigan Salad! My new fav go- to place.❤️🥰🍕🥗“

“I am a loyal Pizzeria customer but I usually go to their Bay Shore location because I live in Bay Shore. Last Friday I wanted to send a pizza to a sick friend but she lives in East Islip so I decided to use the Islip location. Upon calling, I was told delivery orders had to go thru the website. No problem. I tried and use 2 valid credit cards but the site wouldn't take either of them. I called the Islip location and the suggestion was to refresh the site which I did and still was not able to complete my order so I used a different pizza place. I called back in case there was a problem with their site and then they would know. Again I spoke to Tony and at the end of the conversation he said that he would like to compensate for the time I spent trying to order and that I would have a $25 credit for the next time that I came in. This is what sets The Pizzeria locations apart, not only is their food amazing but they take customer service to a whole higher level than most establishments. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.“

“When I say Giovanni‘s pizza is one of my favorite spots now it is one of my favorite pizza spots. Their pizzas are huge when you get garlic knots those garlic knots are huge so if you get six for four dollars you’re getting six huge garlic knots and they taste amazing. I love it. They’ve got beautiful desserts you have to try it. This is a definite to go place for pizza and great cuisine.“

“I don’t eat out often so when I do, I prefer it to be worth my while. And boy was this worth it; the pizza and the garlic knots were so delicious. The pizza dough.. I can’t quite describe it but the texture was so satisfying it felt like it melted right in my mouth. Their pizza is very unique and not like other pizza places plus it wasn’t too salty. We’re still talking about how much we loved it the next day lol. Service was also great so I feel it’s safe to say when I want pizza, this will be my go to place. The prices are also super reasonable compared to other places and I definitely saved a couple bucks. Next time I’ll be trying a beef patty with cheese!“

“Even though I have to travel from 5 towns over, I will do it time and again because I LOVE everything about Mama's. Their Chicken a la Mama, as well as their Granma Vodka pizza brings me to my knees without fail. I'm a bit picky (like extra lemon butter sauce and garlic knots please) but the staff always gets it right. “New York Avenue Pizza is definitely in my top two pizza places on Long Island at the moment. The pizza is very flavorful, tasty, and reminiscent of slices from back in the day - and I mean 70s and 80s back in the day. The sweet slice is very good also Slices are big and one definitely gets their money's worth. Sicilian and other squares are done well and with a lot of flavor.

Been here multiple times and always had an enjoyable pizza experience. My preference is plain slices and squares, and every time the pizza leaves me wanting more. The people working there are very nice and hospitable as well. I go out of my way to come here and will continue.“

I just say that the place was immaculately clean and has an old school Italy feel to it. Tried the Drunken Grandma Pie and it was delicious! It clearly has a homemade sauce and was made with the freshest of ingredients. They also have a great family meal deal where you get a pie, a dozen knots and a dozen wings.
