“For a restaurant that is so close to 5 star you can literally taste it. They definitely try hard to give you a perfect dining experience and that's commendable. The shock factor for this establishment was it's loud and partitions or background music isn't going to change that, so you lose a bit of intimacy. However if it's decent quisine you are looking for you may be in the right spot. The breaded and fried chicken was good and done correctly however the panko was retaining the flavor of the oil rather than it's own. The brussel sprouts were good but honestly it can do without the bacon bits(that were really hard for some reason). Too many minor nuance's for a five star but I believe the potential is there!“

“A real gem just over the New Canaan CT line in Vista NY, a tiny hamlet in the town of Lewisboro in Westchester County. Family owned and operated for decades, this restaurant serves a great selection of meats, fish and Italian food, all perfectly prepared. Sons are the waiters with perfect attitudes and personalities and very attentive performance. Indoor/outdoor dining and a fireplace enhance the experience. The food was great.....lemon pepper wings, burgers, steak fries. My favorite was the cheesesteak egg rolls! “We did the Wednesday prix fixe menu and it was amazing. It truly felt to be like I was eating art. I don't know the name of the chef, but you can tell they are exceptional. The attention to detail in each dish made it obvious the chef is passionate about what they create. The flavors were unique, the atmosphere upscale yet comforting, and the service was lovely. “From the call to order, thru pickup. Horrible. Lady Linda that answered the phone was rude as can be. Food was cold. The sauces are “in the bag”. Well that was a lie. Tried to run my card, and she kept jamming it into the machine. Never one apology, let’s make things right etc. been going here for years. But after tonight, my family and all the friends I’ve told, won’t either. Shame, this used to be the go to place where the old owners were there.“

“The portions are definitely healthy. More than not, you're going to take some home. I would recommend telling the servers to ease on any sauces or dressings or anything like that. Some of the food that's coming out has a lot of it on it. Great little corner for people watching.“
