From the very beginning, Hannah, the event coordinator, was beyond phenomenal. She made everything feel easy, organized, and completely stress free. Every detail was handled so seamlessly and it honestly felt like she cared just as much about our day as we did. Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. Attentive, kind, on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and brought such a great energy to the day. The food, the atmosphere, the service, all of it was top tier. You can tell this team takes so much pride in what they do and it shows in every single detail. “I wanted to go someplace different for my "Belated" Birthday Dinner and I was in the mood for Italian. I needed Pasta . So, I looked on YELP & decided on "Carrabba's". I am so glad I did !!! My son & I got there around 6pm and had about a 10-15 minute wait. There was a bar to the right & most of the dining was to the left. It was clean & had a comfortable feel inside. We were seated & I had already planned what I wanted to eat the night before, so I wouldn't take forever deciding once I got there. But first, we were served delicious, soft, warm Italian bread . It was so good. We ended up getting it 3x I believe. Our waitress's name was Ashlie S. She was great !!! Very nice, friendly, helpful, funny & very easy to talk to. I order the LINGUINE POSITANO WITH CHICKEN, I got the MAMA MANDOLA'S SICILIAN CHICKEN SOUP & the CANNOLI CAKE FOR 2 for dessert. Everything was phenomenal !! The pasta was so light but with a burst of amazing flavors ! The soup was so good & with huge pieces of chicken in it. Yummmmmmy !! The Cannoli Cake was very good & because my birthday was yesterday, Ashlie gave me a few scoops of vanilla ice cream with syrup & a little birthday candle in it. She was so sweet. Everything was just perfect ! I had an amazing experience here tonight . I found the prices to be reasonable , at least for what I got. We had quite a Long waiting time to get our food, but it was soooo worth it ! They have a special deal going on. I don't know if it's temporary or always going on, but it is a great deal. Whatever the price of something you order for in the restaurant, you take home ANYTHING for less for $10.00. No matter what the regular price. I took home another Linguine Positano,but without the chicken. So now I have an amazing lunch & dinner for tomorrow, since I didn't even finish my pasta there. We also received extra fresh bread to take home. 100% satisfaction on the trip. Also, the ladies room was very clean & smelled good. (That never happens ) I will most definitely be returning to this Carrabba's & I hope I get the wonderful Ashlie S. as my server again. She was full of life, unlike a couple others I saw that looked like they were ready for bed. lol“

“I can't imagine how many times I have driven by the Eagle House, but it's been a lot. Well we finally had the chance to go for an 80th birthday party. It came highly recommended and did not disappoint! The Eagle House has a proud history dating back to the 1800's. Much of it's charm remains, as it is warm and cozy (especially by the fireplace). The portions were great, the food was reasonable and staff were pleasant. We had a party of 9 and they were able to accommodate our request for a private room on the 2nd floor. It was perfect for the occasion! It may not be sleek and modern, but that is part of the charm. It's lasted this long for a reason...“

“Colleen Saves Christmas! We always enjoy Wegman’s cocktail crab claws as one of our 7 fishes on Christmas Eve. It is a family tradition for us. This year, the local store was out of the claws and wasn’t getting any more. I took a shot in the dark and emailed Colleen Wegman for help. Once she learned our situation, she turned us over to Mike DeCory, an executive in the meat and seafood departments. Mike was our super hero! He found us enough to include the claws in our annual feast. I can’t say enough how much my family appreciated all this help. It wasn’t just about the delicious crab. It was also about family and togetherness. Thank you Colleen and Mike for making our Christmas Eve Vigilia even more special.“

Amy's Place is fully redeemed. The full Lentilberry Sandwich is back and better than ever!! Lentilberries cooked perfectly. It needs no meat. Perfect meal by itself. Chocolate Crossiant was melt in your mouth delicious with a perfectly crisp outer shell. Many vegan options on the menu. Hours on a Saturday are 8am-8:30pm. Unsure of other days. Can call ahead. “Went to Betty’s today for a little brunch/lunch today! We had Brian as our server, he was super attentive, gave great recommendations, and kept our waters refilled (huge plus). “Great hotel, super clean and the room we had was very spacious with a view of downtown buffalo. Parking lot felt secure and there is a 24 hour walgreens right next door. Got to use the gym which was also clean and had plenty of weights / machines. We didn't use the pool, but it too looked nice.
Hotel front door also locks at night which made us feel safe.
Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. Wouldn't mind staying here again when in town.“

It was our first time there in a few years but this mix up was unacceptable without any offer of compensation. Our server just kept apologizing. She was also taking care of way too many tables and was not as attentive as she should have been. My water was not refilled until after I called her over, she never came to check how our meal was. With the cost of food these days I would expect much better service.“

“Always have a good quality breakfast bagel sandwich from this place. Way batter than any of the other local chain breakfast sandwich places (won’t name names lol) always made correctly , never had any problems with incorrect orders. Is it busy in there ? Sure. Cause it’s good. I’d be more concerned if it wasn’t busy. Staff has always been friendly and the manager is very accommodating.“
