“We stopped in on a Tuesday because we were shopping in the area and are so glad we did! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, the ambiance was nice (maybe the music could be lowered), and the food was amazing! I had the duck two ways and it was gorgeous and perfectly cooked. He had the enormous pork chop, also cooked perfectly and juicy. Great cocktails and apps as well. Highly recommend.“

“We move to this area a few months ago and drove by the country cottage many times and we finally decided to try the breakfast. It was outstanding! The wait time was very short even when it was busy. The waitresses were very good and the food is awesome! The country cottage is definitely our new go to for breakfast! We've enjoyed the breakfasts here many times and each time it's outstanding! Get there at least an hour and a half early if you want to make a show at the Riviera. Last time I went a friend of mine waited over an hour to be served food and he actually got there before us???“

“I don’t know where to start, one of the best all around dining experiences of my life. Started with the toasted marshmallow espresso martini which I had to try three of to confirm how delicious they were. Then me an my two friends order the octopus, lamb meatballs, and bone marrow. Rarely does every appetizer hit but these were all out of the park home runs. For the entree I got the roast chicken, and my friends got the two different duck entrees and a takeout container was not necessary. The vibe and service was just as good as the food, we also had the chance to talk with the owners father who gave us some background on the operation and overall just a very friendly environment with unbelievable food, and not very expensive for the value. I will be back again!“

“Went here for the first time just to have a few drinks and dinner .. The bartenders were very welcoming. The moment we came in we sat at the bar. Natalie was the first bartender to greet us . They have lots of menu items to choose from a large cocktail list large beer and wine list and the service was amazing. The bartenders were very attentive to us and Natalie took care of us most of the time that we were there and her service was just absolutely amazing. They made really good dirty gin martinis for me and I also tried an espresso martini and it was delicious. We got the Mediterranean flatbread. It was so good and a steak sandwich and fries. Everything was cooked to our liking and the drinks and food were amazing along with the service and conversation Definitely a 10 out of 10 and I can’t believe this was my first time going here. I wish I would’ve found this place a lot sooner. It will now be one of my favorites. I can’t wait to come back and try more things. Definitely a 10 out of 10.“

Recently, I had the pleasure of throwing a surprise birthday party for my husband there, and I can't say enough about how helpful Mike Overdorf was! He answered all my questions and made the party planning process seamless, from selecting the drink menu to choosing the meals, even including little boxes of chocolates as a special touch. “We've gone to Taylors since January of 2021 and had been consistently since then. Food is hit or miss, the cookie skillet is AMAZING and the pretzel and poutine is to die for. I've not had a good experience with their soups, but that's with any restaurant. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Taylors.“

We have had Cosmopolitans at many Buffalo bars, and these were some of the best. We were happy to meet Tony.
