“The ice cream is great and although parking is hard it’s worth the visit at least once! Their ice cream flavor selections are pretty unique. I will say their hot chocolate didn’t hit. There was no piece of marshmallow it was a tiny dollop with a squirt of whipped cream.“

“The first time I stopped recently, on a 85 degree day, the service was great!
I ordered a vanilla ice cream soda; vanilla soda with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. The next time I went last Saturday at night the girl didn't have the faintest idea of what vanilla soda was. Finally I got what I wanted but it was annoying. I understand if she was new
But teach her. Otherwise I love their ice cream!“

“We used to walk there from the house over 50 years ago. Pick up a dozen Dilly Bars (I think they call them Buster bars now). I always knew the staff because we grew up together. So much more than memories !“

“Awesome place! Went here for a scoop with a couple coworkers after a hard day at work. I really appreciated their prices, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal. The kiddie scoop was three bucks, whether you got hard scoop or soft serve. I got coffee hard scoop. Most places have a surcharge for hard scoop, but this place doesn’t. I appreciate that kind of honest pricing. There are tables to sit at that are shaded and service was good. Coworker got their version of a blizzard and said it was really good. This place keeps it simple and does ice cream well.“

“The food is very delicious, the attention is the best. Delivery is fast and if you need your food at a specific time. You just have to call ahead so your food is on time and in shape. Basically that's what I do and I haven't had any problems.

“Rita’s on the 59 is delicious and the inside is very clean. The staff was very friendly and works quickly. They do have the option for cholov yisroel ice cream in addition to the standard frozen custard. Id highly recommend giving this place a try. I’ll definitely be coming back“

He works super fast and is completely generous with what he gives to you, he is a very hardworking person because every time I walk past this place all I see is him doing is cleaning or taking peoples orderes while the other guy sits there doing nothing.“

“An impulse trip today brought me and my roommate to this Carvel and these guys were a well-oiled machine. Surprisingly good selection of ice creams for such a small location. Extremely prompt and friendly service. My roommate was delighted to see pistachio in both regular and soft serve.“
“The new Mangonada that has Tajin in it is a MUST HAVE! It may not be for everyone's taste, but if a little bit of spice, tartness, a bit of salt, and the cold sweet mango flavored coolada ? “Since moving to Eastchester 10709, October 2019, I used to go on Wednesday for buy one get one free sundaes. Yummy. The owner and his sister are awesome!! He has one young woman that works on certain days, she's very friendly and remembers me. Which is great for a neighborhood store. Whereas many neighborhood stores do not. He hires local students from Eastchester, which is great. This Carvel on Mill road is a great community store. I have purchased cakes; sundaes; cones and shakes. Never had a problem. B“

“The blizzards are delicious. However, the fudge bars are horrible. The only reason that the fudge bars are not good from this location is they are covered in thick layers of ice due to the way that they stock them in a freezer that gets condensation. I wish i could add a pic to my review then the store gives a problem to replace it with a fresh bar.“
