“Eight of us had a marvelous dinner last night. My wife and I got there early so we sat at the bar and had a drink first while waiting for the others to arrive. The bartender, Alaina (sp?) was beyond lovely and made marvelous cocktails. The food was delicious, the presentation was wonderful and we received excellent service. This has been true every time we've been at Sage Bistro. We will return! Thank you!“

“A new French restaurant in Oyster Bay. I highly recommend this place. Everything is good. I can't recollect the French names of food. But the white fish special was awesome, albeit it was like $55. Prices are not for someone faint at the heart! If you can afford it, definitely give it a go.“
