Over the last few years it has become a special place to toast a best friend we lost. The staff & Missy makes our time there extra sweet, and we appreciate that beyond words. Our server Ally was knowledgeable and very personable ..on her recommendation we started with a house-made ginger rosemary non alcoholic drink ..wow ! Then we had oysters and the prosciutto and figs ..both were excellent ..our mains were the mushroom and asparagus over pasta and the smoked pork chop on polenta ..OUTSTANDING . Ally was attentive without being intrusive .. The manager stopped by to thank us for coming in . All the staff seem happy and effective ..great space , lovely vibe . we drove 75 min for the meal and it was well worth it ., HIGHLY RECOMMEND“

“After moving to the area, I decided to come here for my first local meal. The ambiance is incredible, with moody dark decor, and perfect mountain vibes. Steven was an excellent server and made the experience special along with Corwin. It’s farm to table, delicious and sorta like the food you’d see on food network but not pretentious. “I just had Mirabella’s cater my husband‘s 70th birthday. Let me tell you the food was so good and very good quality. Brandon did an awesome job price was very reasonable and everybody loved it. We had lots of leftovers so if you were going to have a party, I highly would recommend this place called Mirabella’s and asked for Brandon. He’s a great guy. He will take care of you. So I went and filled an application out for the Home Health Care Aide and I did my interviews and met with the manager Brooke and started not to soon after- one of the best decisions I’ve ever made was going in and filling the application out - Vitaliy and his managers Brooke and Julie are all the best people to work for! They actually acknowledged me not even a month into working for him about how good I’m doing - that meant everything to me, the fact that they pay attention and care about their employees and clients and also customers is a beautiful rare thing.The restaurant is a very homey place. I’m new and my husband is a veteran and he has a hard time being around people and even he loves it. My kids love going to play ping pong while the adults play pool and listen to music. It’s just an amazing atmosphere with people who make you feel like your family. My family lost everything to hurricane Ian in Florida and had to move back and the employees AND THE CUSTOMERS ( I’m telling you once you meet them and they like you and you them it’s a family - they look out for each other!! ) all rallied up to make sure we have what we needed for our apartment.I am a very outspoken, outgoing, blunt, rare individual and I’m very opinionated- I would not lie to anyone about anything- but I PROMISE you that you will love the Bar/Restaurant and everyone inside it.Thank You to everyone for making us feel welcomed! “I went in here last night and sat at the bar. At first, the bartender was a little bit rude. But he came around and was fine after that. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. It was huge. It could easily have fed 2 people. The pizza was very good. Not the best I've ever had, but very solid indeed. The wine pour was also very generous. The prices were very modest My only negative was that it's very noisy. Maybe a few properly placed plants, but a good experience all in all.“

To get to the point, I’ve been craving some items since we left. The mushroom toast(not a item i would normally order; now I’m lusting), the charcuterie was so advanced from what I’ve already loved at my local favorite places, I’ve told friends about the honey comb alone that made an impression. Entrees: the sea bass, was excellent. The show stopper for me was the ribs! They have been on my mind since! We ended the night with the dessert platter and it completely put a bow on top of the experience. If you’re looking for a date night, a fun friends night or even just pickies and drinks, black barn has put the time into making the menu versatile and delicious. Not only were the burgers and sandwiches delicious and nicely sized, (had the classic, dirty bird, and lamb eater) the concept of adding more to the 'usual' is an understatement. And adding their enviro friendly mindset of aluminum trays and no need for paper or plastic plates that you use for a millisecond of your lifetime, topped it off. A must stop for any day of the week:-)!“
