“We came here for our anniversary tonight. The food was exceptional!! We got the eat like a chef and had sssooo much food. Everything was well seasoned and perfectly cooked, we especially loved the polenta mushroom appetizer and the scallops and risotto entree, and the cheese cake for dessert were all amazing. A lot of the food is all from their local farm in Sherman CT which is incredible too!!

“From the call to order, thru pickup. Horrible. Lady Linda that answered the phone was rude as can be. Food was cold. The sauces are “in the bag”. Well that was a lie. Tried to run my card, and she kept jamming it into the machine. Never one apology, let’s make things right etc. been going here for years. But after tonight, my family and all the friends I’ve told, won’t either. Shame, this used to be the go to place where the old owners were there.“

“What an amazing place for live music!! Sat at the end of the bar and watched an amazing Chris Cornell cover band. Bartenders were busy, but so polite and professional. I had wings and Philly Cheesesteak which were delicious. They have Captain Lawrence IPA on tap. Best mixed drink is a Smokey Manhattan! “We ended up here kinda randomly, but this place was PHENOMENAL. This place reminds me of a classic old scool steakhouse and Everything was excellent. Service was top notch. Food was hot, cooked right, came out quick. They had an awesome salad bar, that was included with our entrees, that had Everything I wanted. Surf and turf was 10/10. Burger was one of the best my friend had. Regular fries and sweet potato fries were excellent. Mac n cheese was great. I had a wonderful time here. Prices were very fair. Would come back for sure!“

We have any of number of diners we could go to for our weekly weekend breakfasts, but Mill Plain Diner is the one we choose.“

Also, I am not sure if it was the manager or the chef ( wearing chefs hat) but he came out two times to make sure everything was OK and actually swapped out one soup for another because it was hard for my 92 year old to swallow ( no fault of soup as it looked delicious and she agreed (cheese in soup)
