“Although I'm giving it five stars, this is really a message of this disappointment and anger!

I won't ruin star status because of a situation, so for that I'm still going to get five stars throughout, but I called 10 times in a matter of 30 minutes. 16 of those minutes I was put on hold. So somebody answer the phone and then put me on hold for 16 minutes and nobody answered the phone back.

I'm only putting this out there because if this was anybody else they would have given them 1, 2, or 3 stars. It's one thing not to answer it's another thing to have me on hold for 16 minutes.

Other than that, the atmosphere inside is great, the food is great, and the service is great. Great food, but just really hurt on being put on hold for 16 minutes and nobody thought about coming back. I'm sure it's an accident, but just saying“

“Moved to the area in July '25. I stop in at least once a week if not more since. Everything from breakfast to dinner and dessert. Everything has been great! Food, drink and staff are all great.“

“Have had dinner at The Arch previously each time everything was tasty and prepared well. My wife who's very particular was more than satisfied. In June my wife and I had our wedding at The Arch. We Highly Recommend , Zennel and his staff are professional. The chef definitely knows his way around the kitchen. The food, from appetizers, to desert, everything, was delicious. The entrees were perfect, the short ribs were to die for, no knife necessary. Our chocolate on chocolate wedding cake was incredible.“

“From the call to order, thru pickup. Horrible. Lady Linda that answered the phone was rude as can be. Food was cold. The sauces are “in the bag”. Well that was a lie. Tried to run my card, and she kept jamming it into the machine. Never one apology, let’s make things right etc. been going here for years. But after tonight, my family and all the friends I’ve told, won’t either. Shame, this used to be the go to place where the old owners were there.“

We had server named Isabella V, who was wonderful. Very attentive and sweet. Will return and request her for any future dinings at this establishment.“

“After a kids party, I was looking for someplace that entertained me and my tastebuds.
We hit the nail on the head as we decided on Craft Kitchen and Bar. We came for the food, stayed for the tasty, delicious margarita, my favorite drink! As a special appetizer, we got the haloumi with peaches. It was pure flavor fireworks. I then ordered a house sald with grilled chicken. It was so fresh it practically waved hello. The grilled chicken? Tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
Even my kids, who are normally culinary critics of the highest order, gave the chicken tenders and fries a standing ovation. Craft Kitchen and Bar, you’ve officially spoiled my taste buds, and my margarita standards! We will be back!“

“Amazing evening went to see the Soul Cruisers r&b oldies. There 12 piece band with numerous singers were fantastic. I danced all night long!

From arriving inside to be seated at your table, I could tell that I was going to enjoy everything here. Our Server Alyssa, a huge shout out to you. You took really good care of us from start to finish and definitely left a lasting impression. The Steak was delicious and done to perfection for me. My wife had a small issue with her Steak, the assistant manager Brenda came and addressed this issue in the most remarkable way. A huge shout out to Brenda, keep doing a great job. She was very professional and willing to solve the issue in the best way possible and in which she did. She also gave us some really nice insights on how to choose our steaks the next time. To wrap it up, rhe ambience is really nice, wasn't noisy and the wait for food wasn't long. The price is really good too. See you soon LongHorn Steakhouse, definitely on my favourite list.“
