I spent 25 years in high end seafood, (wholesale, retail, private chef, and catering) and was blown away by the quality of the fish! I am korean and i need to have my korean food and japanese sushi, sashimi!!!Always great food and service is great. This is our 5th or 6th visit. There are 2 very attentive and friendly waitresses and they are always working. Super great people. Also the sushi chef, the same sushi chef when i go there always greets us when we come in. We ordered the sushi boat for 4 and it was almost shockingly good. I can be a bit of a sushi snob and this place got everything right. The pieces were presented beautifully, cut to the right size/thickness - and the rolls were delicious. The only piece I didn't eat was the octopus - I don't know something about the texture just threw me. I think that's an octopus problem not a Yuki problem. We also got some appetizers like shumai and rock shrimp that were both fine. Not great. Wouldn't order again - but doesn't impact the overall experience. Price was right. Experience was on point.“
