“This is by far the best plate in Rochester!! The garbage plate wrap is AMAZING! They also have a sauce called panther sauce that elevates the plate! The only suggestion I have is they need to figure out the phone situation. I feel like they unplug the phones on purpose so they don’t have to take more orders. This makes it hard when wanting to order ahead, we have to drive there and hope for the best when it comes to a wait time. Other then that I HIGHLY recommend!“

The server brought us our drinks while we waited for the food (a take out order) and that was a small gesture of old-school care. She could have let them sit on the counter, melting, as people do at major fast food chains, as the rest of the food was prepped.
The dining room was clean. Notably, so was the parking lot, despite it being in an area where urban locals readily litter and leave a mess and where the store employees aren't given time, or care to, tend the grounds and parking lot.“

“Five Guys always has good food. We grabbed a burgers and fries, and a shake to take back to the hotel room. We were there right before closing, so I'm not sure if that's why they gave us such a enormous amount of French fries, but they gave us about three large cups full in the bag. Far too much for us to eat, so we made the front desk clerk very happy and gave her a 3rd of them.
I haven't eaten at Five Guys in quite a while, but the burger was just as expected, the fries were good, as well the shake, but it was insanely expensive. Like $27 for one burger, a large fries, and a shake. It may be normal for five guys, but it was sticker shock for me.“

I never see people in fast food who are kind anymore and she was sweet and helpful. “Classic Five Guys - Just say "Cheeseburger all the way" add fresh Jalepenos. 😉 And a little Cajun fry to go with the peanut butter banana shake with whip cream on top. If you had the burgers too much the grilled cheese add can and tomato with mayo lettuce and pepper is da boom. Grilled veggies if you really want to live.
Or the alll beef hot dog that's bigger than your belly when you add a Chicago dawg salad on top.

“Went in late tonight and was greeted by the kindest young lady I’ve ever met! Lindsay was very kind, and she explained the menu very well for it being my first time in there! She had a smile that was infectious when I first walked in. She was patient when I changed my order 3 different times! She was just such a lovely person to talk to! “Came back after a previous great experience, and once again this McDonalds delievered. The food came almost instantly with the correct customizations and was hot and straight out of a commercial. It actually brought tears to my eyes because I know this is what Ronald McDonald had in mind when he founded McDonald's. This wasn't just a meal, it was a spiritual awakening in McCrispy form. This McDonalds isn't a just a fast food stop on my way home, it's a monumental human achievement. Keep up the great work.“

Ik alot of teens don't tend to take there first jobs serious but I was once a teen in need of a job so I can understand. The young lady was so nice and patience as my son couldn't decide what he wanted. She then gave him a burger king crown and he was so excited to bring it home to show mom. He to this day asks to go back and get a crown and nuggets. I appreciate the service and can't wait to bring him this weekend! “I love Peruvian food, so I was excited about this place since there are no Peruvian restaurants in Rochester. We ordered the Machu Bowl and the Peruvian Rotisserie Half chicken meal. Great flavors! I loved the chicken and ají verde sauce. 💚 Unfortunately, the rice was undercooked. It was well-seasoned but probably needed about 8-10 minutes more of cooking. I'd return again for another meal.“

After contacting 4-5 other companies and either not hearing back or getting unreasonable quotes, I contacted PropertyCare. They were responsive, communicated well and the quote was fair. “Stopped in for dinner after a long road trip. Usually have a good experience at most Arby's but this was just a bit off.

Pros: the place was clean and the staff was SUPER friendly. Customer service is definitely worth noting. Easy entry and exit from the parking lot as well.

Cons: Food was either old or overcooked. The roast beef sandwiches were ok, but the chicken sandwiches we ordered were dry. The curly fries and the fried maccaroni bites were inedible. They were so burnt/ overcooked as if they had been sitting in oil for days.

I'm hoping this was just "one of those days", but when you spend $30+ on food, you hope you can at least get through half of it.“

“Pretty clean McDonald's. Food is exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's - obviously not Michelin star but it's exactly what you'd expect. Sometimes service is slow to come to the counter, but it's honestly not often - and they have screens anyway. But when you need just a water cup it might take 60 seconds or so.

Dietary restrictions: You can modify what they put on your burger.

(Btw, you can put lettuce, onion, and mayo on any burger for free and it makes it taste way better)

Kid-friendliness: No play-place unfortunately, but there's no profanity or anything - and kids love McDonald's.“

“Personally, I enjoyed it. Pizza is pretty much always fresh when you order it. The wings are actually pretty damn good. If you want you can do custom orders. It comes out pretty fast, like 10 minutes at most and the quality of the pizza is pretty good. Comes out hot and ready. Much better than Salvatore's and Little Caesars. Friendly environment is also pretty nice and you know nostalgia
