“First time here and I can't wait to go back. We sat outdoors and admired the picturesque surroundings. It was pretty busy for lunchtime on a Thursday. My friend ordered the poke salad and I ordered the tuna tacos, which were very delicious and just the right amount. Service was quick and friendly. I was able to get a parking spot in the small lot and my friend parked in the small lot across the street -- someone sitting outside the lot tells you where to park. All in all, I am very impressed with this restaurant. The prices might be on the high side, but you can order the reasonably priced dishes like we did and be extremely satisfied.

“We had a lovely experience enjoying seafood at this spot, with a fantastic location overlooking the bay. The view of the sunset was truly breathtaking and added to the ambiance of the meal. However, one downside was the use of plastic cutlery, cups, and plates. It detracted from the overall dining experience and seemed excessive, especially when enjoying such fresh seafood. Switching to more sustainable or reusable options would greatly enhance the experience. Overall, great food and views, but the plasticware left room for improvement.“

“My first visit. I ordered jerk chicken with white rice, curry goat rice and peas, and stew chicken white rice. All size medium. The servings were a great size (not the skimpy stuff you get elsewhere); enough for a great breakfast leftover. My server was Moya. She was super nice and let us sample the meat and sauces before ordering.“

“My brother moved by this spot like a month ago and I know this place OH SO WELL. ? I’m in Freeport and I haven’t found empanadas as good as Mamma Gina’s. When I tell you the food just hits every time, they’re honestly so consistently great.

“We arrived at 830pm on a Friday night and were seated within 10 minutes! On the right they have a bar with music and it was jammed packed. People looked like they were having a great time as the DJ was playing awesome music. On the left is the sit down for dinner etc. The service was fast and friendly. The food was good and great portions for the price. The margaritas were $12 each and they don’t skimp on the liquor! Overall dinner for two with drink, appetizers and main course was about $85 which is reasonable in my book! I highly recommend the Cajun shrimp as it was seasoned well and came with potatoes and corn.“

“This establishment is genuinely deserving of praise! I arrived at the establishment just as it was beginning to open. It was impeccably clean, well-organized, and impeccably maintained. The food was exceptionally delicious, exceptionally fresh, and hot. The view and seating area was right on the water, where you could observe beautiful wildlife and bring your boat. It truly is a true gem!

Parking: There are two lots for parking . One where the restaurant is and the second on the corner of the next block“

“I've been a local in long Beach for 15+ years. This spot is conveniently nestled all the way in the east end of long beach. After hurricane Sandy, this spot has changed over time and has accommodated new furniture, palm trees, games, and much more. While I was taking my dog Rio out for a walk, I thought I'd stop by and try their lobster roll. During the wait, the staff offered some water for my dog and was fast/prompt. They offered extremely courteous service and the lobster roll was the best bang for its buck. It's a small spot to grab something quick to eat, but what I strongly admire, is how it the only operating business on the corner of pacific and shore road that dishes out some quick eats. Definitely stop by to support their small business, you won't regret it.“

“One of my favorite local little hole in the wall spots. Often come here to get a quick bite like the Whiting Fish Sandwich. There a plenty of seafood options and plenty of options to make at home or take with you. Area is a little shaky but hey… that's Hempstead.“

“We started off with potstickers and lobster chowder. The lobster chowder was warm not hot. Didn't really care for it enough to ask for it to be hotter. I would not have even known it was a lobster soup if it wasn't called that. The potstickers were great as was the little gingery salad/slaw that comes underneath them. I really enjoyed the bistro steak cooked medium rare with chimichurri sauce. The sauce was herbaceous with a lot of garlic flavor, which I am a garlic fan. Everyone else had filet mignon which was good, nothing special though. The mashed potatoes were all barely warm but tasted fine. Wine was fairly priced. Our waiter was very good.“

“We had a wonderful meal and experience at Galleria of Merrick! The spicy rigatoni is a MUST! The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and every bite was a flavor explosion. I love that they put a unique twist on traditional Italian dishes and you can really taste the difference of the quality, care and detail that went into each dish. They truly cook with love. If you’re looking for an excellent meal in a cozy atmosphere you must go to the Galleria of Merrick. We will definitely be back!!!!

“I just had my daughter’s baptism at Fabio’s. From the food to the service everything was amazing! My guests were raving about the food. We did family style and it was more than enough food. We even had leftovers to take home! Fabio went above and beyond helping us set up the decorations the night before my party. We never felt rushed (we were there til 1am).
