We did a cake tasting before and were so blown away with his coquito flavor (and so happy to include some of our latin culture in our cake). With just a little bit of reference on what we were looking for he completely blew the design out of the park and we were so happy the day of our wedding. Good display of breads, cakes and items from the Philippines. Service: not much interaction cause I just bought cake and go. Food: UBE CAKE: omg it is so good! The cake itself is moist even few days after I purchase! The frosting is like cream type, its a bit a lot but it taste good because it taste ube as well. Unlike other ube cakes that the cream does not taste ube! I almost eat half of the cake because it is so good! Price rating: 7/10, $45 for a round cake. Thats the usual price now for more stores! Definitely will come back here I will try their other flavors! But get the ube cake!!“

“I liked it! I got some as a gift so I didn’t visit the actual store. All time favorite thing here was the strawberry pastry (if the business replies; please just say the name of that one) SO good. I would come back for that. Fantastic. Fluffy and light and airy with a perfectly sweetened cream fluff inside. Wow.
Corn cheese bread was sooo fun. If it’s served warm; I bet you it’s fantastic but I did eat it a couple of hours after it was ordered.
The fig bread had an amazing texture to it. Light and fluffy like Portuguese bread (I did personally wish the figs were cut smaller to enjoy more evenly but that’s personal preference)
The variety of stuff was really fun! Some things I did not like at all but my friends did so that was just personal preference.“

Tried the new Salted Caramel Pretzel Supreme Croissant today — it was really crispy and had that sweet + salty combo (a little salty, a little sweet).

I also always love the Jumbo Twisted Donut. It’s kind of chewy inside, almost like it has a mochi-like texture, and it’s super satisfying.

Got a latte too and it actually tasted like coffee (in a good way lol). I didn’t add any sugar and it was still smooth and easy to drink. Definitely coming back again!“

I loved the strawberry one as there was strawberry jam and the strawberries themselves were really sweet. The mango one was alright as the mangos were a bit bitter. Overall, a cute dessert spot and I would love to try their other menu items!“

“I was referred here by a friend and this place is seriously a 10/10. From the moment I called and told them I needed a cake within 24 hours, they were super friendly, professional, and helpful. I sent over a photo and explained what I wanted, and they nailed it.

I ordered the Mochaccino flavor, and it was honestly a 10/10. So good. I even traveled all the way from Manhattan because the price, customer service, design, and taste were totally worth it.

“Wow! What a great find for the neighborhood. I was looking for bakeries in the area to get a cake for an event and found this gem! The staff was so friendly when I asked for their recommendation on their best cakes. They suggested the tres leches with strawberries and peaches, and let me tell you — it was an absolute hit at the event!

Everyone kept asking me where I got the cake, and I was happily telling them Russo’s. I will definitely be coming back!

“I’ve been going to this bakery every time I crave a treat. From their cookies to pastries and pies i have never once had an issue. The place is clean and well decorated, and during the holidays they have the most delicious festive desserts. During thanksgiving me and my family bought a delicious pumpkin pie, it wasn’t tooth ache sweet, but rather had many flavor profiles that was enhanced by a bit of sweetness. Their cookies are the best i have had so far, once again not too sweet, but rather enhanced by the extra flavors on top. And just the other day i bought a blueberry puff pastry, it was absolutely delicious, the crunchy texture on the top, the buttery fluffy puff pastry and the blueberry sweet filling. I would definitely recommend trying small businesses such as Cookies and Cream Pastry shop over any bigger chain. You can see the care they put into their products and business. the quality, the aesthetics, the taste of the product is absolutely outstanding. The staff are very sweet as well, taking the time to greet every customer, and allowing you to decide on what you want without rush. Definitely recommend this place!!“

“I came here during Ramadan 2025 almost every week. The chocolate-covered Baklava was genuinely incredible.

I remember I bought a whole tray for an office party and ended up finishing half of it on the subway to the party.

After reaching out to customer service the issue was fixed. It was annoying that the reason was incorrectly marked as customer didn't want the order. The actual reason was that store was out of stock after placing the order and then I had to go through these hoops. Regardless over all, updating rating to 4 because the cakes here are great.

I placed an order last month, they were out of stock and had to call me to say they would have to cancel. They did not cancel till the delivery guy came to pick it up and creating a lot of confusion. Since then I've been waiting for a refund. I've called over 10 times over the last 2 weeks and never been able to get through no matter the time of day. There is no email. There is no customer service for such issues. Posting here as the last ditch effort before flagging them for fraudulent charges.“

“I waited the absolute last minute to order a cake for my daughter's 18th birthday and Maison de Gateaux did not disappoint. I showed them an inspiration photo less than 2 weeks before the event, chose the flavors and prayed it was beautiful and delicious! I was able to pick up the cake at 9AM when they first opened the day after the holiday and crossed my fingers. The cake was beautiful. No... It was simply STUNNING. It captured the color that I wanted for the cake and the simplicity of the design of it. My daughter loved the cake. It was also delicious (we ordered the lemon cake and cannoli; bottom and top tier respectively). It was also budget friendly. I got the 8" and 10" which was more than enough for sharing. “My husband and I were so happy to find WildFlour in LIC a few months before our wedding! We were initially on the fence about getting a wedding cake, but as soon as we met Gina for our tasting, we knew we needed to have a WildFlour cake.

We loved the unique, modern, and (most importantly) delicious cake/frosting options - it was hard to choose, but we ended up doing a champagne vanilla cake with champagne & honey lavender buttercream for our wedding cake. (For what it’s worth, my husband is not a cake/dessert person, but he loved the WildFlour cakes. His direct quote: “Best cake I have ever had”)

Leading up to our wedding, Gina was super responsive and accommodating with a couple of changes we wanted to make. On the day of our wedding, Gina coordinated her delivery with my florist so that she could decorate the cake with fresh flowers. The end result was beautiful and the cake was incredible! (In fact, we ended up eating the top tier of our cake the day after our wedding because there was no way we could wait a year.)
