I’ve been going here for 13 years and I do admit the quality has dropped a tiny bit but I think that’s due to the surge in online ordering post Covid combined with them being short staffed. The bagels are still the best outside of NYC/Long Island and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious.“

“Absolutely incredible. Everyone talked about our cake at our wedding this weekend. It received high praise, with many people saying it was the best cake they've every had (which is impressive as usually, wedding cakes are notoriously known for being dry and flavorless).

Lulu was amazing, their service impeccable, the look of the cake was identical to the inspo pic, and the flavor was out of this world.

When we had our cake tasting, the Graham Central Station flavor blew the other ones out of the water. We knew it was the one for us. Literally the best cake I've ever had. Highly recommend Lulu to anyone.“

There is usually a long line at this location but the employees are pretty fast so the wait is never more than 5-10 minutes. It would be nice if there were places to sit inside the establishment.“

“Cobbs in riverside is incredible. They are but free, my son has a tree nut allergy. We are regulars and walk / bike there often. The staff is AMAZING! They great him and know his favorite items, are always engaging and exude joy and kindness. Having this bakery local to our home is magical. “The cannolis here are INCREDIBLE... 10/10!!! The cookies are pretty good, too, as they are not overly sweet and go perfectly with coffee or tea. However, their mini cakes are not the best, which is why I'm docking a star. I ordered a mini tiramisu which was dry and seemed to have a frosting layer rather than a creamy mascarpone, which was disappointing. Overall, awesome bakery! I would just say to avoid the mini cakes.“

“So been here alot before i started writing reviews. In The Summer during the Thornwood car show, my parents and i can be seen eating their italian ices, which are very good. They also have cakes, pastries, and i believe i tasted my first almond horn from here, and it was good! Also once brought a pint to use for my 18th/Graduation party a few years ago. Inside, they do have chairs and tables where one can sit if they want.
Went here on Saturday August 10th 2024 while at the Thornwood car show with my parents. We were there to get italian ices. Staff was pleasant, and asked what we wanted right away. I got a Cotton Candy Italian ice, and my mom got lemon, and my dad got chocolate. We paid with cash, as they charge for using a credit card. Italian ices were very good! as we enjoyed them! We hope to be back soon!“
