“The pizza here is delicious. I discovered the place while visiting relatives in the Sanborn, NY area. Now when I go the states for a Wal-Mart run, etc., I make a point of getting a pizza, too.
The staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. It's a neighborhood pizza place, and the decor isn't fancy - but the pizza is really good.

Parking: Lots of take-out orders means lots of customers driving up and parking for 5 minutes at a time. Could get busy at certain times of the day.“

We loved that they had flavored water available too. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Loved the outdoor seating area. It’s large and comfortable.“

“Vinny‘s minis is the best pizza in town. We enjoy getting their breakfast pizzas at the farmers market in North Tonawanda and really enjoy their breakfast sandwiches and pizza that they serve at the market. If you haven’t tried it, put it on your bucket list. It’s worth it!“

“Absolutely in love with Leon's Italian Bistro & Pizza. 1st time ordering tonight after work. I ordered 2 steak and cheese subs, 1 without cheese, 1 with. They were the best tasting subs. I have not found a good steak subs in a long time. Usually resturants try to cut costs and you end up with a fatty steak and cheese, Not with Leon's steak and cheese they are amazing. “We stopped in for some pizza and subs after Niagara falls and it was absolutely delicious! It was definitely nice to get away from the falls to get some more reasonable prices! We had excellent service, kids said it was the best cheese pizza ever! We also had the chicken tender sub with blue cheese it was on point! “Pizza is one of the best around in this area. I love the sauce they use. Cheesy, saucey & a nice amount of pepperoni. The medium wings were good quality & just the right amount of spice. Creamy blue cheese & they give actual carrot sticks with the celery not those lousy baby carrots. Delivery is prompt & everything is always fresh. Very nice staff as well. “We move to this area a few months ago and drove by the country cottage many times and we finally decided to try the breakfast. It was outstanding! The wait time was very short even when it was busy. The waitresses were very good and the food is awesome! The country cottage is definitely our new go to for breakfast! We've enjoyed the breakfasts here many times and each time it's outstanding! The pizza is BOMB! We got an old fashioned and forgot to add toppings. DIDN'T MATTER! We ate until we burst and then finished it off before morning.

“I think this is one of those very niche restaurants that only does well if you just want a flatbread/ thin crust pizzas. If you want just regular pizza, go anywhere else they are cheaper and more filling. But I really enjoyed this one. I think it's a tad bit overprice. (Just don't get the sides, and you'll be fine)“

“One of my top choices on a French Dip. there was a hefty portion of roast beef on the sub. the roast beef was juicy and melted in my mouth, it wasn't stringy at all. there could have been maybe a little more cheese but not really anything to comment on too much, just trying to keep an honest review. The garlic on the roll was a nice touch and brought out a joyous undertone on my tastebuds. Roll was toasted perfectly and the sub really stayed together. “In terms of pizza in the area around campus, there really is no competition worth recognizing. La rosa has, in my experience, consistently delivered quality food at a very acceptable price. The slices are generously sized, and the specialty slices have a hearty amount of toppings. A $5 bill and 3 quarters can get you a filling, flavorful, quality meal that will leave you fully satisfied. The store also offers several combo deals with pretty solid value. If I remember correctly, you can get two specialty slices and a drink for less than $12 total. The service is incredible as well. The owner of the store, who has been there every time I’ve gone, is an absolute gentleman. I’ve had him go out of his way to open the front door for me when there was truly no need, and it’s not uncommon to see him chatting pleasantly with other customers. It’s hard to say any one pizza joint in buffalo is the best, simply due to the sheer volume of good pizza in the city, but, as a native Buffalonian, I would certainly say La Rosa is among the best in the entire city.“

“Good selection of NY Style Pizza slices, large but a little on the expensive side.
I ordered a Turkey Sub today through the Slice App. The Sandwich was ready in a timely fashion and they even accommodated my request for additional Banana Peppers ( Strangely enough not a selectable item on the app ).
Sandwich itself was fine, nothing special and they Turkey they use I think is a little lower quality than some other Sub shops but filled the need.

Good amount of seating also.“
