“Stopped by the Ramapo service area on our way to NJ .. The new look Panera is just awesome . Panera stopped doing a few of their sandwiches and panini few years back and I’m glad that they brought back some of them . Wow it was super good . My kid liked the toasted garden caprese . Just super good . Well toasted and perfect taste . Kids pasta was average . They have so much options now for vegetarians .

. What can I say.. these new service areas in 87 , all look alike the same . We went to 2-3 service areas and everything looked exactly similar and nice . So many seats to sit and eat. Very comfortable couch to take some rest during your travel. Parking was the only headache in this location. There was very small parking lot in the front of the building and we had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes to get a parking. 4 stars“

“The hummus was amazing! The dips have barcodes but nothing was scanned. We were told that small containers were $6 and large $9. The staff seemed nice so I don’t think we were overcharged but we’ve been up charged at certain places so we were just a little weary. We definitely stood out but staff was nice and the hummus makes you want to come back. The pastries did have prices so we tried the babka. They also have a chalkboard menu of items to order.“

“So good! We have been in construction for the last 9 months. All of which was supposed to take 4 month. We haven't been able to cook and Moms Kitchen has been our go to for quite a few nights. Gave us our home cooked meals when we couldn't handle fast food or take out. We can recommend enough and will for sure be our staple for future dinners.“

“We had our holiday party here and the experience was excellent. The staff was extremely accommodating, making everything run smoothly. The food was beyond outstanding as usual! This time we started with 3 apps that I tried. A salmon tatar, raw oysters on a half shell and shrimp. We like to eat and love our food lol. Soo sooo good- Then I ordered the tuna that had a perfect crispy crust on the outside and rare on the inside with a delicious wasabi sauce along side black rice and steamed bok choy. Incredibly delicious Would definitely go back! Highly recommend!l“

“The order arrived about 1.5 hours later than expected, but it was a snow day and we completely understood and expected some delay. We were just hoping to receive it before leaving our office. When their DoorDash driver didn’t show up, the store employee and manager went above and beyond trying to make it right, the manager even personally delivered our order.

We’ve had bad experiences in the past and stopped ordering for the same reason, but this time your team truly turned things around and won us back. The level of care and customer service was outstanding, and we really appreciate it. Thank you, team!!“

“It is probably the Best Greek restaurant in the whole Bergen County. I was impressed with the layout, the waiters were very helpful, and gave us the best advice, even for the pickiest of us. After the Greek salad, crisp zucchini, and grilled calamari, the Pastitsio, Moussaka, and seafood Giouvetsi all cooked in clay pots filled us up, but then the lamb chops with lemon potatoes arrived, and nobody could resist them. For dessert we had a platter of galaktobureko"milkpie" and one called ekmek, that we could not decide which was the best. We will definitely come back, but we better fast in advance.“

“We have ordered from Frank's numerous times with no issues. Tonight, driver arrived with 2 items missing and instead of leaving the items he had, took them with him....cold when he returned. Must have thought he was an Indy car driver on the way back because all the sauce for the mussels was gone, box was saturated. When questioned, he checked and said Ooops, sorry, and left. Called and spoke with the Manager who seemed less than Customer Service concerned although did offer another order of mussels. Unfortunately, with the fear of sabotage on the replacement due to complaining, we declined. Should have offered some kind of refund. As a Client Svc Mgr this is an unacceptable response to a dissatisfied client. We will not be ordering from Frank's again. I guess they have enough clients to not care about EVERY client. Shame!“
