“We visit this restaurant often, it is the absolute best vegan restaurant ever.?Every soup I’ve tried was delicious. The sweet potato biscuits are amazing. The desserts are fabulous. If 10 is the highest rating I can give, I give them an 11. I wish we had this gem in NEPA. We will always be back for more of this place. Not only did they kindly squeeze in our order on short notice, but the cake was absolutely incredible — flavorful, unique, and beautifully made. “Part of the enjoyment of eating here is the ambience. The food is great. I think their vegan options are consistently improving and getting better. Recommend the kale caesar salad and the cauliflower wings. One criticism I’d give the buffalo wings is that they should be spicier. But they’re good for those who don’t like heat. The vegan nachos are also really good.“

“We stopped by in the evening after a soccer game at New Paltz. We were tired, cold and hungry. Lola's had a warm, welcoming friendly atmosphere. We ordered two salads, and a panini and a few drinks. We all enjoyed our meals and I think the Asian chicken salad was honestly the best salad I've ever had. So fresh and the chicken was tender and delicious in a peanut sauce. We hope to return and try some other dishes from the amazing menu! So glad we stopped in!“

“Top shelf!!! We had a group of 17 for lunch. Everyone raved about the excellent food and the wonderful and friendly service. Our menu included London Broil, Salmon, Ceasars Salad with Chicken and Vegetable Quiche with side salad. We had a variety of servings. Everything was sooooo good! Best restaurant in Kingston. We couldn't have chosen a better place.“

“Hokkaido is my favorite sushi restaurant as well as my husbands. Hokkaido has the freshest ingredients and the most extraordinary crafted sushi rolls! I have introduced family and friends to this restaurant that had never enjoyed sushi however they now ask for a sushi night every couple weeks. The family that has been running this restaurant for years is very nice and appreciative of their regular customers.“

“What a lovely place. Excellent drinks as you’d expect from a Nola inspired place. Gater tots were super crunchy and flavorful but definitely over salted. I absolutely loved the blackened catfish but the jambalaya was just ok. Fast attentive service, cute vibe and good prices.“

“I have been gluten free for quite sometime. I am always on the search for great gluten free bread. My search has finally cone to an end. This Bread is absolutely amazing and really is similar to a boule that you would buy in the store. I recommend the olive and rosemary 1000% over and over again. You honestly can't tell it's gluten free!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The Meatball and Sausage and Peppers heroes are delicious, stop by 2-3x a week. Their pizza is also the best in town in my opinion. Some other places are pretty debatable for the best spot, but it is all preference, can’t go wrong with some of the pizza places in New Paltz.Overall, pretty good.“

“Maria and her team are fantastic - amazing - wonderful. She is a consummate professional, easy to communicate with, and provides the most delicious, satisfying food and impeccable service. She helped pull together a custom dinner for 80+ starving rock climbers without skipping a beat. She predicted our hungry behavior better than I could!! Everyone raved about the food (pasta, salad, main dishes, gluten free pasta, cookies = delish!), and we can't wait to come back to New Paltz and work with her again in the future. “I’ve struggled with finding really delicious wings in the area. It seems like Buffalo was the only place to go-until now. I was recommended to this place and I’m very happy with the quality of the wings. I had Thai and extra hot wings. The only thing is that the extra hot wasn’t hot at all to me. But that’s just me and that certainly doesn’t take away from the quality of the food and the excellent service. Next time I’ll just specify exactly how hot I want the wings. I highly recommend Hickory to anyone who is looking for delicious smoked food.“
