The details of the menu, signature cocktail, embellishments and affordable pricing were as smooth as silk. The follow up meetings were effective and brief. Every detail was accommodated in style and with class. When Alicia said not to worry, they will handle everything, I left it in their capable hands and didn’t give it another thought. The event of about 30 family and dear friends was an astounding and resounding success. One word: Delicious! The presentation was wonderful. The service was timely, accurate, professional, and nearly invisible throughout the evening. Everyone is still raving about the menu variety, service, and the General sumptuousness of the event. “excellent place for drinks and dinner. The rooftop dining area was great, except the chairs very uncomfortable. The bartenders were great and very knowledgeable. It was excellent sitting at the bar and conversing with them, made you feel comfortable. Service was a touch slow but sitting on the rooftop I didn't really mind. The service was good just different. The food was okay. the appetizer was very good along with the lobster bisque, even the salad that my wife and daughter had looked fresh and pretty good. my daughter had the filet mignon which was cooked to perfection and she enjoyed it. My wife and I had the stuffed haddock it was good just seemed a little boring with nothing jumping out on the taste buds. Yes upper scale restaurant, but not bad just not exceptional. Yes I would go there again to have dinner“

“Love this place. I Never had a bad meal. The staff are pleasant. I go on my 30 minute lunch. I have time to eat and drive back to work. Today I had a tuna sandwich and a bowl of Homemade New England Clam Chowder. The tuna was white albacore (amazing) and the soup was delish. Prices are reasonable. I really didn't want to write this review as I am now afraid they will get busier and I will have to call my orders in but it is well deserved.“

“Haven't been to a Denny's in a long time. They've remodeled since the last time I was here. Quiet. Clean. The food was spot on. I love when it's exactly what I'm craving. Runny eggs with toast and bacon. If those eggs aren't just right, it can be a let down. But it wasn't.“

With higher prices and decreasing quality and every popular chain, Castlewood continues to offer their large menu, with same quality products! They have not changed that in this economy! My family chooses Castlewood over all the restaurants in this area! What’s more, the friendly smiles and excellent waiting staff! I strongly recommend this small mom and pop diner that has a menu to satisfy everyone, even the pickiest of eaters!“

“There were three tables of adults And one table of at least 15 children under 14 Who were loud , yelling, rough housing and making it difficult to even carry on a conversation, this is a special dinner that we had planned. We asked the waitress and the bartender who both went over twice to tell them to calm down, but I will tell you if this is what goes on at that restaurant I will not be back,“

“Food was good for me. Service was slow but waitresses were doing a good job keeping everyone informed and plenty to drink. Atmosphere is good just like others just seemed a little more low key than most.

Parking: Parking close is decent. It's shared with other stores thus parking is everywhere. There is enough parking for 2 or 3 CDL truck and trailers also“
