“The Tram is filled with amazingness altogether. if that’s even a word. Whether it be supporting artists of all kinds, out of their passion for art. Or their amazing food and drinks! (best hot chocolate ever, by the way). And kind and hardworking staff! They have created a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for all. “The portions are big! The filet mignon was cooked well and still tender. The creamed corn, although the menu stated it had jalapeños, was not very spicy, which is good for someone that doesn't eat that way. Their seasonal buttery cake with ice cream, apples, and caramel drizzle was a sweet and salty deliciousness! A mocktail mojito was crisp and refreshing. On a Monday evening, it was perfectly quiet.“

“Love this place. I Never had a bad meal. The staff are pleasant. I go on my 30 minute lunch. I have time to eat and drive back to work. Today I had a tuna sandwich and a bowl of Homemade New England Clam Chowder. The tuna was white albacore (amazing) and the soup was delish. Prices are reasonable. I really didn't want to write this review as I am now afraid they will get busier and I will have to call my orders in but it is well deserved.“

“Haven't been to a Denny's in a long time. They've remodeled since the last time I was here. Quiet. Clean. The food was spot on. I love when it's exactly what I'm craving. Runny eggs with toast and bacon. If those eggs aren't just right, it can be a let down. But it wasn't.“

“We rolled into swifty’s on a Sunday for lunch, 30 minutes after they opened with a 16 year old hockey team and parents who were killing time between hockey games at the nexus center and wanted a place to watch the bills game for a bit. I am sure they were overwhelmed by 45 people who walked in at one time. Let me just say… they were amazing. Everyone got their drinks and then everyone placed a food order. The bar tender.. Amanda? Was the best! The food rolled out of that kitchen like it was normal. And to top it off.. everyone’s lunch was awesome. Huge burgers, great pizza, one huge fan of the chicken parm, loaded fry’s had multiple fans and the other wraps and sandwiches all had great reviews. Nobody was dissapointed. With higher prices and decreasing quality and every popular chain, Castlewood continues to offer their large menu, with same quality products! They have not changed that in this economy! My family chooses Castlewood over all the restaurants in this area! What’s more, the friendly smiles and excellent waiting staff! I strongly recommend this small mom and pop diner that has a menu to satisfy everyone, even the pickiest of eaters!“

“Definitely a Utica 5 out of 5. All depends on what day you go Sundays closes early so be careful. Dana is amazing, Ari is superb, Maria is excellent and Maureen is spectacular.
