“Nonna Carola may now become my go to Italian Restaurant in all of Westchester. Great food, friendly hard working staff, timely service. Restaurant Manager Danny greeted us with a smile when we entered, came over twice during our meal to make sure all was well and I witnessed him bussing tables and pouring water throughout the restaurant. Needless to say he's a credit to the restaurant's professionalism. Bar was hopping the entire night so noise level is a bit on the high side and parking can be a challenge on a weekend night but in spite of these minor drawbacks, the restaurant is well worth the trip.“

“Wowsa what a meal!!! Friends had posted beautiful pics of their meals from their tasting menu. It's cute: half the restaurant is a traditional dining room and the other is take out fish and chips. You can have a delicious meal a la carte or the tasting menu. I could not convince my husband to do the 15 course chef's tasting menu. But we did do the tasting menu with wine. Every dish was light, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. We enjoyed the wine pairings which were different (portuguese and spanish wines rounded out some American and South African wines). I am excited to come back to try more of their traditional menu and their namesake (fish and chips). Well worth a visit.“

“The ambiance of Raconteur was just perfect. For that brief 1.5hr dinner, I was transported to a cozy, warm and inviting place. The service was excellent (I even shared our server that her aura was glowing). Since we were doing vegetarian that night, we had the spicy shrooms (flavorful, but a little too chewy for me). Then we tried 2 other entrees that I cant remember the names but the taste was unforgettable, one had had honey on it and the other arugula- the bread, folks will make you rethink Keto- reminds me of home made bread. There were fish & meat entrees as well. Go for the vibe, and be transported and renewed. So glad I found this little gem.“

“Yummy seafood. Good date night. It was a week day, so not so busy. I was told it was difficult to get in on weekends. I had mussels as an appetizer and some kind of chicken dish (basically chicken piccata) with risotto on the side. The mussels were amazing, and they had like a broth and toast on the side. I had in mind the chicken would be a little different, but my husband thought it was really good. The risotto was creamy and flavorful. I decided I needed a vegetable, so I ordered some broccoli. They cooked it butter with some garlic slivers, and that broccoli was just delicious. I was stuffed after that, and had that broccoli taste for a little while. Amazing.“

The prime rib falls off of both sides of the plate, and the double grilled wings are served like they just came off of the bbq. Reservations are available for six or more.Parking: It’s in a strip mall so other businesses share this same lot, the restaurant is a busy spot at the hours you’d expect it would be, but you’ll find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: More than one ramp exists, each side of the stop mall has one, so matter where you park, this establishment is accessible.“

“Great experience at Kee Oyster House. I booked a reservation for 11 people for the same night and had to change the time and number which they easily accommodated. We had a table in the front and ordered oysters, tuna tartare, and scallops to begin with. They have a great list of cocktails and everyone enjoyed the gin and tequila specials. They also have a nice wine list both by the glass and by the bottle. I ordered the branzino and we ordered family style sides of potatoes, creamed spinach and broccoli - believe it or not the broccoli was a standout! Service was great, they kept water glasses filled and brought bread to the table. At the end of the meal we waited a bit for the check but otherwise we had an outstanding experience with service and food. Ambience is also great, with industrial lighting and chic but accessible decor. It was a bit loud but we were a big party so that probably contributed. Highly recommend!“

“Kelly’s has the perfect formula for a hometown local bar. The staff and patrons welcome everybody. No matter how packed it is. The Basar always serves everyone within five minutes. “Recent JGB show, inspired my first review. Capital always does a nice job with crowds, you get inside quickly, Garcias has good drinks and beers, and great staff. Parking can be a challenge, but the lot near the train station always seems to have the kind spot. The local beer garden is worth it, for a little pre-game. “We have been eating here every Wednesday night for 8 years. Food is fresh, super tasty and there are many options. Service is sensational. One server in particular, Javier, is just wonderful. He attends to every need, remembers what you drank the week before, is congenial and attentive without being cloying and answers any questions you may have about the menu. A gem! Maitre d' David is equally charming, polite and knowledgeable. Sous Chef Mike has learned from Frantangelo and adds his own culinary spins from to time which we are delighted to consume. We had the enchilada which came with rice and beans, fish and shrimp tacos which were stellar, Mexican corn which was off the Cobb served in a bowl which I thought was genius, and churros which were hot and came with caramel and chocolate sauce. My kids had the passion fruit and horchata agua frescas. If you are in the neighborhood it is worth stopping by for lunch or dinner - I will definitely be going back!“

“One of my favorite places on the planet. The bar tenders are amazing. The people and locals are amazing. The Guinness is amazing. I came there drinking bud light and one of the locals made fun of me and ordered me a Guinness and it’s been my favorite beverage ever since. I spent my whole summer in there. Got tight with a lot of people. Even got my own nickname, “Chicago”. I miss it everyday. I love to tell anyone who will listen about The Cellar Bar. Every time I make it back to New York, I have to stop in. This place is a huge part of my early 20’s. Shout out to one of the wonders of the world: The Cellar Bar.“
