“First time in this place very friendly staff Mr. Phil. My friend took me here for lunch and it was great. I had the grilled pastrami sandwich 🥪 with coleslaw. Had a nice fresh brewed cup of coffee too. The portion size of food is huge I can eat the other half for dinner or next day. “Bar attached to the Sonesta White Plains hotel. Limited option for drinks and food, but they are nominally priced when compared to other restaurants nearby. I had steak, it was perfectly cooked and sumptuous. And had egg benedict for breakfast, all tastes good.“

“The Tapp is the quintessential local bar. The staff are very friendly, the burgers are phenomenal (as is everything else on the menu), and the prices are more than reasonable. If you find yourself in Tarrytown for shopping or seeing a show at The Music Hall, make a stop at The Tapp a part of the experience. Better still, make the trip just to visit The Tapp alone. It really is a great place to hang out with friends, catch a singer, play Tuesday Night Trivia, or have a terrific meal.“

“Focus Immunity was playing tonight. Great cover band. Great sound too. Often places have muddy sound, but this really good. Vocals awesome. Band great over all. Nod to the drummer, though everyone was outstanding .
Service was great as was the food. A good sized crowd, (my age group 40+) though not to busy. Nice look and feel, great place to take the family or what have you.“

“Stopped in on St. Patrick's day for dinner. Took a little time for a table but not bad. Place was packed, live band playing. Band took a break for a Celtic dance group to put on a show. As packed as it was it still was a reasonable time for service. Potato and bacon soup and a grilled cheese burger was great. Will definitely be back again.“

“I’ve been coming to Casa Tequila for the past 5 years, and every visit has been an amazing experience. The food is consistently delicious, full of flavor, and always fresh. The drinks are excellent and never disappoint.
What truly sets Casa Tequila apart is the incredible atmosphere and staff. The restaurant has such a fun, welcoming vibe, and the staff always go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. They treat you like family and provide outstanding service every time.

We ordered wings 10/10, braised beef barbacoa tacos 100/10, and grilled cheese for the kiddos did not disappoint! Drinks were super good as well! I definitely recommend!!!“

Everything was amazing. From the front of the house Staff, waiters and bartenders. I have yet to be disappointed in the food or drinks. “I first visited this restaurant when they opened in 2016. A decade later, I happened to be visiting the area and stopped off here for lunch with my boyfriend. I can honestly say this place hasn't lost their touch.
The restaurant is dark and cozy with a fireplace in the back, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or nice lunch. The servers are all well-versed in the menu items and oyster selection. The restaurant usually has some great specials that are always worth trying out.
This visit was somewhat brief so we only got mains. The special of the day was swordfish. They offer the option to choose your prep style so we each got the swordfish; I tried the lemon butter sauce and my boyfriend got the red pepper sauce. Both were perfectly prepared and delicious. We also shared a side of the grilled asparagus which was perfectly cooked.
A solid 10/10. Highly recommended for any foodies as this place also has some fantastic non-seafood options.“

“A true westchester gem that still shines, you can tell by the number of cars in parking lot when you arrive. Wings were perfect hickory sauce, so good I scraped the plate with the carrots and celery! Salad made w/ greens vs. Iceberg. The dill vinegrette complements the salad. My pan seared scallops with jasmine rice and asparagus was a delight! Not skimping on the portion > 9!!!! My family enjoyed thier entrees also.“
