“We went with our friends for dinner on a Friday night. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice. Our server Steven is very sweet snd attentive. He helped us with food and drink recommendation. The food he recommended are all very delicious. We love the lettuce wrap, garlic noodle, firecracker shrimp especially the new item black pepper mignon steak.“

“This is my absolute favorite Chinese food spot in the area. I’ve tried various meals: shrimp lo mein, boneless bbq spareribs, chicken wings, egg rolls, pork fried rice, General tso chicken, sweet and sour chicken, all delicious and fresh! The people that work here are extremely friendly and kind. Portions are a great value for prices. Their homemade duck sauce is my favorite too!“

“Usual go to was closed so tried Bamboo as was nearby. Combination plate was the usual size, filled a container. Veggies crunchy and they were willing to sub veggie fried rice and shrimp egg roll for pork. Nice thing was getting enough crispy noodles! Other places skimp and charge for extra.“

“It always bugs me when I can't find the menu on a restaurant's Google maps, so I just posted decent pictures of each section so yall can read it. I love how South Wok uses the menu to place your order and confirm what you want, gives you the corner of the menu with the number, and gets you your food in about 15 minutes. I love everything I've had there, and I have eaten here every Friday for the last 3 weeks, and I will for the next 3, as well...for as long I'm in town here. My xomoany semd me here every January ir February for a couple weeks and South Wik has been a go-to 4 years running. Portions are substantial and part of the reason I pick up Friday night, so I don't have to find a place to eat on the weekend. $40 to $45 gets me enough food that I can usually eat the leftovers Saturdaybabd Sunday, but $48 got me till Monday night this time.
8/10 for the food.
12/10 for consistency, reliability, availability, and convenience.

They have authentic Chinese food on their menu along with American style. My husband ordered authentic and I had Hibachi.. no complaints.. flavors, presentation, portion sizes, service, all great! “Really glad to have Empire Wok so close to home here in Delmar. I'm in Glenmont but it's only 5 minutes away. The food is delicious and the service was very friendly to me and my girl. We ordered BBQ spare ribs with pork fried rice and chicken wings with pork fried rice (no veggies). Both were fresh, tasty, and hit the spot. I used to order Chinese food a lot in the Bronx, so it’s great to finally have a place nearby that’s just as good. Definitely recommend!“

“My child orders the sweet chicken and chicken breast every week. They're freshly cooked every morning, and my child especially loves the chicken breast. Rice noodles are my favorite, and cheese wontons are a must. The wait can be a bit long during peak dinner hours, but I understand. They put their heart into their work. Selections were cold, sesame noodles, shrimp, eggroll, eggplant, garlic sauce, sesame, tofu, vegetable mushu, shrimp, chow mein, and vegetable fried rice. Everything arrived hot and I think they are now my favorite take out Chinese in the area. Normally eggplant and garlic sauce is dripping with oil. This was not. Ditto for the tofu. There are slight extra charges for things such as putting egg in the vegetable fried rice, but it is made the way we asked it to be made, and the delivery was quick and accurate. much better than using an online ordering app. I think the restaurant makes it better with direct ordering and we did too. This will be our go to rather than the two or three others in the immediate area.“

“First time visiting Bamboo Garden, the young lady behind the counter was sweet and friendly. My son ordered crab rangoons and he says they are the biggest he has ever seen!! He asked for extra beef in his pepper and steak meal and extra he received. Meal was delicious,we definitely will be back ??“

I see a lot of mixed reviews but
I really like there food the sesame chicken Is spicy, I asked no spice. They provided!! Great taste. The shrimp fried rice is great!! They understood fully what I wanted fast and simple. Stright to the point. The crabrangoons are not greasey at all and are TO DIE FORE!!

The broccoli was cooked perfect and not soggy at all. Perfect crunch

Prices are not cheap and not too expensive either, its in the middle.

“Fast delivery, especially for a Saturday. Lunch specials are generous. To the people who say the tariffs made their price to high, new no 1 has lower prices than many others in the area.
The fried rice was great in my lunchtime order, definitely not dry.
I won't name names, but I see reviews that have 1 star on atmosphere, appeared to have been delivery. Maybe you meant your own space (where you consumed the food) has a terrible atmosphere?

I also won't name my regular Chinese restaurant's name either, it is safe to say that I now have switched to new. No 1

“It's takeout Chinese, nothing fancy, but the egg rolls are always crispy and I am impressed that they seem to use fresh vegetables in their dishes. I got the cashew shrimp recently and it was loaded with fresh chopped zucchini and carrots, versus other places where it's just a handful of celery and pre-frozen diced carrots.“

“Best vegetable egg rolls in town, orders are always correct, friendly drivers. Plus today they sent a beautiful 2020 calendar with my delivery order :) But the font was difficult to read so it made it difficult for the poor driver to find my house. He was very nice though.“
