“We visited here to buy gas, get happy meal and continue our journey. Its your typical McDonald's. The fries weren't the best( as in our family we rank McDonald's fries at the top,its usually just right). However the staff were really nice. We waited a while for a pie but it was delayed and the staff member ( i didn't catch her name) went above n beyond, she apologized sincerely, offered us other options and a fry and drink for free. THAT TOUCHED MY HEART. Thank you lady for going above and beyond. Ill recommend, with a caution to double check your fries . Oh, the fountain drinks are behind the counter in this store. Its the first time we noticed that in a McDonald's franchise.Place was clean. They didn't also do the running promotion of 2 for $3.50 at this store today. It might be a state thing. We came from MASSACHUSETTS.Kid-friendliness: I didn't notice a play area, however there were 4/5 TV at vantage points showing different programs. 2 showed cartoons. Parking: If you want to dine in, i suggest you do so before getting your gas. We assumed there will be parking all over but there were no parking beyond the gas pumps. So buy the food BEFORE YOU PUMP YOUR GAS.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair accessibility. “

“A Syracuse staple! The food, service, prices and atmosphere are all exceptional. I live about 45 minutes away, but it's worth the trip every time. Highly recommend!“

“We came through the drive thru. They seemed busy, but knowing this our driver thought it was taking longer than normal. We did go the day after Thanksgiving and It was our first time going to Chick fil a. I ordered the spicy chicken breakfast sandwich and my wife ordered the sausage egg and cheese sandwich. It was good for a fast food restaurant. I would go again.“

“I had lunch here today. As I sat when I finished just to rest a minute I watched the girl cleaning the restaurant. She was so thorough. She did each table and the seats with clean toweling. So many restaurants use one cloth for several tables. I even asked her if she hired out because she was so good. She swept. She did windows,etc. the whole place sparkled in no time. It was great knowing they cared so much to make the place shine. I'm sorry to leave anything negative but one thing bothered me. The music was way too loud. I had to tell the guy who took my order 3 times what I wanted. It won't keep me from returning but I'll take my order to go if the music is that loud again. The best burger in town!“

“This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's since moving to Central New York from Las Vegas a few months ago.I often visited Jersey Mike's in Vegas and enjoyed their sandwiches each time.Since this location is new, I couldn't wait to go there. The restaurant is very large compared to the ones i visited in Vegas. It's very inviting. I ordered our usual ham and cheese sub. Mike's Way, no tomatoes. It was as tasty as they always are, but...... the top of the roll was very dry and hard. Either the roll was left out on the counter and was no longer fresh, or it was baked a bit too long. Rolls should be covered while on the racks, as there is nothing worse than stale rolls.Also, my wife found a hair in her sandwich. There is nothing that turns off a good sandwich or any other food than hair. It's time for the long haired people to wear hair nets or control their hair under their caps. No worry, I'll be back!!“

“I took two of my kids here after shopping in the area. Had not been to a Five Guys burger place before, and the employee who took our order was very helpful in explaining how things worked and helping with the menu. 5 stars! The food took a little bit of time but to be expected as it was busy when we arrived. The burgers and fries were hot and very fresh. Great flavor for the food and my toddler enjoyed it as well.However, the tables or seats, including a high chair we used, had not been wiped down in a while, I ended up wiping everything down with several wipes I had brought, not an emergency but noted.All in all, good, generous amount of food for a fair value. I would come back again. Thanks!Added: other reviews mention free peanuts while you wait, but we were not offered any? Maybe it's not a thing anymore?Kid-friendliness: High chairs and booth style seating, burgers were not difficult for small hands to pick up and eat.Parking: Parking lot is tight because the store shares space side by side with a couple other businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: One level store, with handicap sidewalk ramp, parking, and accessible bathrooms.“

“The employees are always friendly, fast and they never mess up my order like some other places do.. the food is always fresh and my special orders are always correct and made with a smile which again, is rare since my plain food from other places is never made right- how much simpler than plain does it get lol... I go here often n I'm always happy withe everything they're great all around ❤️❤️❤️“
