“Today is my second time ordering food from Bitterman BBQ on the corner of Rt 109 and Straight path in the town of west Babylon . The food was very good not to forget the big generous portion. Mr Bitterman is friendly and always has the biggest smile in his face. Please go there to get the tastiest BBQ in town. I love the garlic mashed potatoes that came with the food as a side dish, you get 2 free sides with your food.B.T”

Update. When I eat out and I want my home, fries or corn beef hash burnt or my steak/chicken fajita well chard. Well That’s the way I would like it. And this place delivers to your request. Just look at the photos. A picture is worth 1000 words.
I ate at this place after 10 o’clock on a Friday night not wanting fast food. I was greeted by my waitress Jill, who was friendly cordial and welcoming. Where are you going to get a Dinner special after 10 o’clock at night?? i’ll tell you where, right here at the infinity diner. I went for the pot roast corn and sweet potatoes with a side salad Greek with blue cheese on the side. Ending with coffee and a huge delicious iced cold piece of lemon meringue pie. I’m so glad this place is going to be open from now on till 12 o’clock at night on Fridays and Saturdays. Take it from me, Mr. Bitterman’s this is a great late Friday, Saturday night dinner, and the price couldn’t be beat I was astonished.”

Wow, the stuffed shells were fabulous along with the eggplant rollatini being as tasty as my own. Their prices are very fair and I would not hesitate to host a party using their catering.”

“One of the best, no sorry, the best Chinese restaurant in the area, most likely the surrounding too. I use Beyond menu to order and my order is always perfect. Even if I add a little “please can you…” I walk in and they greet me by name (not that I order all the time LOL). A definite must if you haven’t. Leftovers are just as good next day!!!”

“Updated (original review from June 2024 below the update):

This trip (our third) was much better than the previous two. It looks like the full menu is available now even during lunch hours. The hot lobster roll remains the only one on the menu, but it is good. Oyster raw bar was good. Burger was good, cooked to the preferred temp. Still no fruit in the sangria (ordered the special pumpkin sangria) but there was ice! No live music (late season in October), but they had music playing at a reasonable level.

We'd continue to come back.

Original Review (1 Star service, 1 star atmosphere (due to music), 2 star food):
DJ brunch I guess. Music was looouuud and a crappy selection, but when we got there, seemed like the crowd was two decades older.

Anyway, before heading there I called to make sure of two things:

1. They still had transient slips as we were coming by boat
2. They had a cold Maine lobster roll as my wife had been craving one for weeks.

The answer to both was yes.

We tie up and get seated, about 1:40pm. Probably close to 10 minutes before anyone comes over to take drink orders. 2:13pm, still no drinks but Amanda comes to take our food orders, which we put in for baked clams and two lobster rolls. She asks if it's OK to put it in at the same time because it might all come out at the same time. Really? We said no.

2:24pm drinks arrive.

Sangria looks like red wine, no ice. No fruit. Apparently you have to ask for that. Bloody wasn't very good. Seemed like alcohol plus watered down tomato juice and horse radish.

2:26pm app comes out. Six of the smallest baked clams I've ever seen ($19). So 44 minutes before drinks, 46 minutes for app.

Lobster rolls arrive 15 minutes later. They were hot lobster rolls. What a disappointment.

Amanda never showed up after taking the food orders. She came when we were done with the rolls. Asked for the check, paid and left.

The old Seagull was nothing spectacular, but after this experience, it is missed ...”

“This is a very nicely designed Hibachi restaurant sectioned the Hibachi grills and seating away from main restaurant and there is also a sushi bar and a liquor bar adorende with 3 large television screens for a sports bar feel. The food is fresh , very tasty and arrives pretty quickly. The one draw back that you may not like and isnt a real bad thing is the various staff members that attend to your order for drinks, then the food comes out by another person. The are visits than seem eager to grab your plate to clear the table giving you a sense that there is a rush for the table. We will be back since the food , atmosphere and prices are very good. The portions are on the smaller side but still worth it and you leave full and content.”

Honestly, I was reading through the reviews and was cracking up at the owners replies to some of the 1 star reviews. I figured I’d add my own 5 star to help negate any of those disgruntled customers who are wrong for trying to create a bad reputation. The business does not deserve that. “There are breakfast sandwiches and then there are BREAKFAST SANDWICHES. I am so happy that I stopped by to try the breakfast here. The eggs weren't drooping with oil, bacon and sausage were cooked perfectly. The ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming. Ordered 4 sandwiches and everyone really enjoyed them. Prices are extremely reasonable and will be coming here more often.
