“Went here with my mom on Wednesday December 4th 2024 during our visit to the palisades mall. This subway is located in the food court, near the ferris wheel. There is also plenty of seating to eat food in. For lunch, i decided on the california chicken club footlong with italian herbs and cheese bread. Person who made our sandwich and took our order was okay, I said i wanted the dressing that came with the sandwich, and she seemed flustered, but eventually gave me the chiptole that was with the sandwich. Can't remember what my mom had. However, we both enjoyed our sandwiches. We also ordered a soda, a root beer. Total came to about $65.00, and we used a gift card, and then paid the remaining via a credit card. And would be back another time, if we are in the mall again.“

“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Please take a moment to recognize these 2 for incredible service. I did sent this to the corporate office as well, I do hope these 2 gentlemen are singled out for going above and beyond.“

Ordering system with touchscreen super user friendly and easy to pay without human interaction. Sandwiches and burgers made fast and exactly as ordered. Fries were steamy and crispy. “Our favorite deli spot for the last three years and until now I am writing a review because I wanted to gate keep. All the servers are so friendly and their prices are great. We love their fiesta wraps and get them every time we can! we just hate they close sundays cause that’s usually when we need them :(“

Waste of time and money. BUT THREE BOYS DEFINITELY CHANGED THAT.I picked up a Caesar salad and wowwww I was totally surprised. “I got a sub there yesterday afternoon and I swear the kid made it in literally a minute and it was great.“

“I showed up here late at night 30 mins before closing. And before i went in i said awe these guys are probably going to be cleaning up and all mad that i comin in so late. But i walked in and a guy made me one of the best subway sandwiches i had ever had. And i know hes just pitting ingredients in there but it was the way he folded it. They always fold it wrong. They always put the meats in the center instead of on the side and it doesnt make it like a porportioned sandwich. But this guy placed those ingredients perfectly onto that bun. And he smiled and joked with me as he made the sandwich. And he deserves a raise if not 2. Go hit subway night shift on thursday at this location. My boy will hook you up“

“I’m visiting from VT and I kept hearing about how VT doesn’t know how to make bagels. These are AMAZING!!! And the variety of the cream cheese are out of this world! We went back twice. I highly recommend.“

“Thank god for Jersey Mike's in Ridgewood NJ. It has become our go-to place for lunch (and often dinner) this past year. The staff is amazing - so polite and prompt and responsive. The store manager Joshua is also superlative - so professional and focused on providing excellent service and product to everyone. We feel lucky to have found such a great place for delicious sandwiches near to us - our favorites of course the #10 Tuna (great hack: heat it up in airfryer first when you get it home) and the Roast Beef and Provolone.
