And the food was so good that we went here three times during our week-long stay in the area. In fact, we plan to order from them and have it shipped to us now that we're back home. From the very beginning, Hannah, the event coordinator, was beyond phenomenal. She made everything feel easy, organized, and completely stress free. Every detail was handled so seamlessly and it honestly felt like she cared just as much about our day as we did. Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. Attentive, kind, on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and brought such a great energy to the day. The food, the atmosphere, the service, all of it was top tier. You can tell this team takes so much pride in what they do and it shows in every single detail. “I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“

“I can't imagine how many times I have driven by the Eagle House, but it's been a lot. Well we finally had the chance to go for an 80th birthday party. It came highly recommended and did not disappoint! The Eagle House has a proud history dating back to the 1800's. Much of it's charm remains, as it is warm and cozy (especially by the fireplace). The portions were great, the food was reasonable and staff were pleasant. We had a party of 9 and they were able to accommodate our request for a private room on the 2nd floor. It was perfect for the occasion! It may not be sleek and modern, but that is part of the charm. It's lasted this long for a reason...“

“Colleen Saves Christmas! We always enjoy Wegman’s cocktail crab claws as one of our 7 fishes on Christmas Eve. It is a family tradition for us. This year, the local store was out of the claws and wasn’t getting any more. I took a shot in the dark and emailed Colleen Wegman for help. Once she learned our situation, she turned us over to Mike DeCory, an executive in the meat and seafood departments. Mike was our super hero! He found us enough to include the claws in our annual feast. I can’t say enough how much my family appreciated all this help. It wasn’t just about the delicious crab. It was also about family and togetherness. Thank you Colleen and Mike for making our Christmas Eve Vigilia even more special.“

“Good People-You need to check out Amy's Place. Had a little snafu with my last lentilberry sandwich. I withdraw that review. Amy's was going through some changes at that time. Amy's Place is fully redeemed. The full Lentilberry Sandwich is back and better than ever!! Lentilberries cooked perfectly. It needs no meat. Perfect meal by itself. Chocolate Crossiant was melt in your mouth delicious with a perfectly crisp outer shell. Many vegan options on the menu. Hours on a Saturday are 8am-8:30pm. Unsure of other days. Can call ahead. Number listed is 716-832-6666. The restaurant has a bohemian vibe that takes you back to better days. Staff have excellent people and listening skills. “Great hotel, super clean and the room we had was very spacious with a view of downtown buffalo. Parking lot felt secure and there is a 24 hour walgreens right next door. Got to use the gym which was also clean and had plenty of weights / machines. We didn't use the pool, but it too looked nice.
Hotel front door also locks at night which made us feel safe.
Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. Wouldn't mind staying here again when in town.“

Chang’s, and he was quite pleased with the service, the atmosphere, and the food. Our server Jordan was an absolute delight; she was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed Jordan’s thoughtful and caring ways throughout our dinner.

Staff recommended the pepperoni and cheese as well wanted to experience the authentic Buffalo pizza. The sauce was slightly sweet and the pepperoni was not like the usual pepperoni, it wasn’t salty, and had a very mild spice kick to it (not hot) very happy that we tried this place and would definitely recommend them to others“
