“This is a nice shop. The crew working during this visit was a bit young and still learning. We were not greeted as we came in, like we usually are. The two guys were friendly and polite and did a good job but need work on their customer service skills as far as communicating.“

“The rome store is doing the lunch buffet again! I love pizza hut and I have some good luck at both the new Hartford and rome stores. The people working at both are actually awesome. I always enjoy just chatting with the workers while I'm waiting for my pizza they are so friendly at both spots especially compared to most places these days. Highly recommend both spots and the dinner box. Such a good deal. Just make sure u switch out the cinnamon sticks for bread sticks. The cinnamon sticks and cinnbuns are horrible so I guess that's my only complaint but they will sub out items no problem and anytime I had a issue they replaced my whole order or gave me a credit next time but that's very rare and we get pizza hut often. I miss the one in onieda

Parking: U will never have a issue parking here plus it seems pretty new the parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Has crayon and a coloring page thing for kids and the pan pizza is perfect for the little ones I always loved it as a kid

I've visited many taco bells throughout the state of New York over the years. Cheap and fast. And yes, theres a few I wish I had passed by.

But, but Yorkville NY, John the one who made my sandwich, the damn bomb. My dang 3 dollar taco looked and tasted like he respected the art of food.

“Location was VERY BUSY because they had 4 people call out for the lunch shift. The staff were overwhelmed with the lunch rush but remained pleasant and got EVERYTHING right on our order. We are pleased with everything and shout out to the staff that came in today and busted their butts. Keep up the good work.“

“Food was good and fresh... I went through the drive thru, so I cannot speak towards the conditions or atmosphere in the store... But the drive thru attendant was kind and efficient... Our Food was made and received in a quick manner... My fries were hot and fresh... The nuggets were warm but slightly on the old side... My boyfriend's burgers were made to his specifications... My mocha frappe was great... But with all that we ordered for food, we only received one napkin... Also never got the barbeque sauce I wanted for the nuggets...

“This was my first time at this location but I’ve had Jimmy John’s more than once before at a different location. I’m from Oswego county and used to go to Jimmy John’s in Syracuse but unfortunately all the locations in Syracuse have closed. My son wanted the Picklewich which was our reason for the long drive out here and he said it tasted great with the pickled chips! Also got 2 of the new smoked bourbon cheddar Turkey subs for my husband and myself and they also tasted great!! Staff was friendly too.

Parking: It’s a normal free paved parking lot. Was not busy but we went on a Sunday so maybe that’s why.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a casual sit down restaurant. They have chips cookies and fountain drinks that kids like. I think they might also have a kids menu (not sure). They do offer smaller sized subs also.“

“simply delighted, that you pass through a town that you don't even know and that maybe you won't return, then you see a subway and you stop but the best thing is a very professional, sociable and friendly customer service from a beautiful lady, Payton with her charm She simply attended to me in the best way, even though it was already late and closing time was approaching, she definitely made a difference, and she also showed her great knowledge of the Spanish language. I hope to visit this subway again on my next trip.“
