“Absolutely amazing ? food was impeccable for a late night crave. I got the Snow Mountain? Tempura wrapper with snow crap topped goodness MY GOD worth every penny. Oh an the Salmon Teriyaki OH MUH GAWD! that was epic, didnt kast 5 mins lol so good even made fried rice with the juice and onions lol The Eel and Avocado was super tasty and a 3rd one I can remember the name but was amazing! Warm crunchy yummy ? driver was such a champ bc I made a payment mistake by their website says pay w/card or cash on delivery I chose card and was stupid enough to think driver would be able to take the payment lol found some cash and tipped him nicely. He was a great guy very kind and smile like lights. Big and adorable lol yall have to try this place it's great. I wouldn't get just the regalar degalar type rolls get aomwthin they gotta cook up and it'll be the best. Forced freshness sorry lol hack of mine but listen it give the business it's best foot forward so I'm happy ? and they get 5 stars all over where ever I can find them. “This was my least favorite visit. The waitress wasn't amazing. The food was really good, but it's usually amazing. I would say it was a lot busier than I'm used to, so I'm sure that is the reason. I've worked in the food and hospitality field for many years and understand that part now what I don't understand is during a busy night the waitress being on her phone chatting it up with a co-worker while I'm there trying to get some more drinksand service. That was really disappointing. I also saw other tables of hers waiting at that moment as well, but I guess when gratuity is automatically included, you don't have to wow the customer. All other visits. I've had great servers this time, and I was not pleased.“

“There is absolutely no monkey-ing around at Monkey King. From the moment you grasp the handle of the entry door, there is no way you won’t leave transformed. While being greeted by the oh so kind hostess, you are given a moment to truly embrace the aura of the space. Your eyes first gravitates to the immersive semi sunken bar surrounded by blissful golden barstools illuminated by soft light. As the hostess carefully walks you to your seat, you begin to feel the opulence of the decor melting away the stress of your day.
The journey truly begins once you scan the restaurant menu. There you will find an array of beautifully thought out cocktails, wines, and dishes that truly awakens one’s curiosity.
To begin our journey, my cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed the Char Siu and Scallion Pancakes to wet our palettes. Hannah, our server, patiently guided us through the cocktail options making superb recommendations. Our first round of cocktails included the Serpent’s Tale and the Immortal Peach. We then drooled over the Cumin Lamb Ribs and Roasted Duck- Fat Fried Rice. All dishes bringing us to euphoria. To close out, we ordered another round of cocktails that included the Heartbeet and Pandan Express. The cocktails were so incredible that I literally got out my seat and walked to our bartender, Thieanna, to give her applause.
Which, by the way she accepted with such humility. The craftsmanship of those cocktails surely deserves a spot on the 50 Best Bars in the World. And as someone who has been to five bars on the list within the last four months, the compliment comes with ease because they definitely belong on that list.
I want to express my gratitude to Thieanna, Hannah, Thom, De Cory, and Nana for such a superb dining experience. Little did they know that the warm service along with the outstanding meal helped me to kick the depression that was knocking at my door that day. So thanks Monkey King for a memorable journey. Usually I would get this when I worked the Financial District or Midtown Manhattan but this was the closest to home and they did not let me down!! “Overall, it was pretty good. Chili chicken momos were really good and stayed crispy even when cooked in sauce. The garlic naan was fantastic and very well made. The vegetable thali was overall really good, but the dal was a little bland, in my opinion. They're very generous with the amount of rice they give you.

I was a little disappointed by the tandoori chicken. It was a little underseasoned, and one of the pieces was very overcooked and dry. The butter chicken was made well and tasted alright; it was too sweet/not savory enough for me. Too much added sugar, personally.

“I came here because of their amazing 4.9 rating on Google Maps, however, I was not amazed by their food. I got curry puffs to start my dinner. The puffs were nice and flavorful. The outside was light and flaky, and the insides were well seasoned with nice texture. The sauce came with was too sweet to my liking. Personally I prefer eating it as it is. I pad see ew with shrimp and added beef($5). The flavor was nice and the shrimp was fresh and clean. However, the beef wasn’t so good especially when I paid $5 extra for them. It was too dry and chewy.
Overall, it’s a standard Thai restaurant. The food was nice but nothing special about it.“

“Great Uyghur food (similar to Uzbek/Georgian with a hint of Chinese thrown in). Highly recommend the laghman and pearl noodles (very chewy and flavorful). Lamb kebabs were perfect. Big plate chicken was spicy and tender, with more hand pull noodles dumped on top. Samsas were juicy and crispy. A great dish was the cumin mushrooms, highly recommend. Shout out to being open on Thanksgiving.“

“I ordered the wings with soy garlic and Korean bbq sauce. Both were delicious and very good. The garlic Parmesan fries actually has powdered sugar on top. I called to make sure it wasn’t someone in the kitchen messing up the seasoning. Turned out sugar is added on the fries so it’s salty and sweet. It’s not what I was expecting so not really my thing. I would order the plain French fries next time. The fries were very crunchy, just wished it wasn’t sweet.“

“Great tasting food at a great price. This was one of my stops at the huge food court and man, what a value. I ordered a chicken teriyaki from here and I was very happy. The food was made quick and had a very rich taste. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The price was about $9 but it was a mountain of food. “Double Malatang is truly an uncut gem in terms of location food and service. I have gone around five times now and really enjoy the food. I love the spice level and it is very appropriate given the levels provided. I had the malatang about 4 times and the dry hot pot once. The beauty in this place is the ability to truly pick what you'd like to eat and cater it to your liking. It is pretty self explanatory : You pick things you like, they cook it and you eat. Tons of asian classics from mungbean to wood ear mushroom to fuzhonesee fish balls and many many more. The drink options include your traditional fare of Sodas alongside some other hidden treats (HK style iced tea) and many more. The service is absolutely amazing. The staff even with a language barrier are very nice and helpful and always offer a smile. I have gone 5 times and have not left disappointed once. If you read this review, let's support small businesses in our towns. Finally, the best part : the food. I really enjoyed the food it was the perfect level of acidity to spice to mouth-numbing sensation. My only advice for anyone eating is to eat with your brain and not your eyes or else you'll overorder. IMO : This place is a solid 5/5. I really recommend you try this. If you're scared or intimidated don't be! the first step to a great meal : is to venture out into something new.
