“Around 6:30 in the evening on weekdays, the store is almost full, business is pretty good, and the store also takes a lot of takeout orders.
The two of us ordered a bowl of mixed beef pho, a fried spring roll and a pork bun, and were very satisfied with everything. The fried spring rolls were very hot when they were freshly fried. They were crispy on the outside and filled with minced pork. They were delicious with the dipping sauce. There are three pork buns in a portion, and the fillings are crispy pork belly, pickled radish and sweet noodle sauce. This combination is unexpectedly harmonious and very satisfying. It is my favorite. The beef rice noodles contain beef tendons, beef slices and beef balls. There is not much meat but a lot of rice noodles. The soup is sweet and has a bit of Chinese medicine. It is just right for two people to share a bowl.“

“Fast service that doesn’t sacrifice quality. New place in the area that was surprisingly delicious. Pho has good broth, meats are flavored, it comes out right away boiling hot so you can flip it and cook it properly. I recommend dine in if you want pho because that’s the best way to eat it but it was still good as takeout.

Edit: I moved away from here a few months ago and I miss it every time I eat Pho somewhere else. This place was so flavorful that it put a lot of other places to shame.“

“$14 pho lunch special, +$2 for spicy. Overall enjoyable! A fairly good bowl. Broth + lime + spicy was enjoyable. The spicy level is fairly low--doesn't really affect flavor but adds a light kick when you drink a spoon of broth. Management offered to make it more spicy if it wasn't enough which was appreciated. It does have a slight additive effect though so I opted not to. They're not giving you a ton of bean sprouts but the bean sprouts you are getting are washed and look to be of good quality. I feel like this applies to the bowl overall--fairly good quality but not overwhelming. I left satisfied but not full.“

Papaya salad veggies were super fresh. And the portion size?? AMAZING!! recently portion sizes at restaurants sizeably decreased especially for salads. But this place surprised me!! The baguette for the bread was also fresh and light and was toasted to perfection. Deliver was right on time! Which is a whole another level of skill in nyc. “The pho adds 20 years to my life, getting takeout and making the pho yourself makes it taste so much better that I almost feel like levitating every time I eat it. The workers are nice too, however there was a time I ordered crispy shrimps rolls and they gave us rolls that tasted very different than normal ones , the taste was very bitter and just not good so we asked for them to give us another one and those tasted perfectly fine. Overall, this place is great and I’ll prob ably remember it when im in Heaven.“

“I came here for a bite with one of my friends after a morning workout class and it wasn't a bad spot! Located just on the outskirts of central LIC, it's a bit out of the way, but not hard to get to. They have some bar/window seating, but no tables. It's much more of a casual pick-up spot, if anything. Service was fairly quick.

Their menu contains banh mi, spring rolls, vermicelli bowls, and a variety of drinks (as well as baked goods in their displays). I got their grilled chicken and pork banh mi and my friend got their pork banh mi. Overall, it was better than I thought and not bad at all! The bread was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and super warm. They were generous with the portions and gave lots of veggies, which I loved (I wish their pickled carrots and radish were just a bit crunchier though). The marinade for the meats was also well done! I would note that they used American mayo (as opposed to Vietnamese mayo) for the banh mi, which was super noticeable to me. Overall, not a bad spot for Vietnamese banh mi in LIC.“
