“I went in today to get a slice of pizza. The food look very appealing so I actually ended up getting a slice of pizza and a Sicilian. I sat down to eat the slice. It was amazing grape flavor crust just the way I like it. The cheese had a good flavor as well. It was a good quality cheese, I recommend this to anybody. I’m from the Bronx and I’ve had a lot of good pizza and also have Brooklyn and Manhattan pizza spots and this definitely ranks up there with them. Staff was very friendly. They even brought the pizza to where I was standing at and I’ve never experienced that before .“

“Randomly saw this truck parked on the side of the road and figured I’d stop by and give it a try. I really wasn’t expecting much considering it’s literally a truck on the side of the road randomly in the industrial part of Yonkers but I was absolutely blown away. I picked up a pizza on the way back to my job and when I opened it all of my coworkers were taken by how delicious it smelled. It tasted even better if that’s possible.The pizza is better than most of the pizza places around and crazy fair priced for the gourmet food quality. I’m really so shocked at how good this pizza is! It just doesn’t seem possible for pizza to be that good! Do not sleep on this pizza truck. If you see it, pull over and get yourself a pizza! 🍕🍕🍕🍕“

“Was in Yonkers to get some paperwork and decided to get lunch before heading back to the city by train. I searched for food and Anselmo's Pizzeria & Deli was nearby. Initially, I was surprised on how small the place was but it was crowded (both tables were occupied and there was a line). Decided on getting two slices of pizza (shrimp and then cheese) and a drink. Both were excellent. Highly recommend the place but better if you takeout.“

“I would like to say that ashburton pizzeria is a great place to have a family meal throughout the week and it's affordable not only that the owner of the restaurant he is such a kind man I told him that my son's dad passed away in the fire in Brooklyn and that his dad always brought him Sicilian pizza so even though the store was busy he listened to my story and he said that's the pizza and that was very kind of him see it's not the quality of the food it's your involvement with your community and how you treat the people within your community and I'm a black person and he's a white man and he's just as kind as you can ever want someone to be“

“I can’t even begin to say so many amazing things about this place. I am incredibly thankful to the owner of this place who facilitated a late lunch for us. The food was phenomenal, I had the shrimp scampi. The sauce was so amazing, tasty and wasn’t greasy. I used the bread to clear up my plate, the sauce was THAT good. “Ive been coming here for years, my daughter is autistic and anybody that has a child on the spectrum knows how picky eaters they can be, she only likes pizza from this particular place, with that being said the owner Z is very attentive to us hes become friends with my baby and she always greets him when she walks in and she knows exact dates when shes gone and Z has not been there lol, thank you Z for making the best pizza and thank you for being the sweet man that you are, ? machine wasnt working properly and i didnt have the amount of cash and Z told us it was fine that we are like family, that right there is special im not the type to leave my house without money but sometimes things like that happen and Z knows how much that pizza meant to my daughter and he didn’t hesitate to tell me not to worry about it and if i ever needed him he will be there.
