“Typical Starbucks overall, however we found that Jalen was an exemplary employee who worked efficiently and with great professionalism. The location was very busy and he managed the customers and the staff diligently. Under pressure, he spoke respectfully to his fellow staff to ensure efficiency, and was announcing who's drink he was making to ensure customers knew they were not forgotten amidst the busy-ness. We felt he deserved recognition as he really impressed us!“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!

“The guy closing Tuesday Aug 5th was superrr kind, my sister had accidentally spilled a drink during closing, and instead of being annoyed (which would be an understandable response) helped and reassured us that it was okay and he would take care of it, great service!! :)“

“This Starbucks store at Niagara-on-the-Lake has a different layout than the other Starbucks stores across the major cities & towns.

The store wasn’t busy during the evening and the environment inside was nice and cozy. Our coffees were served extra hot as requested. The lady at the counter was friendly.
