“Typical Starbucks overall, however we found that Jalen was an exemplary employee who worked efficiently and with great professionalism. The location was very busy and he managed the customers and the staff diligently. Under pressure, he spoke respectfully to his fellow staff to ensure efficiency, and was announcing who's drink he was making to ensure customers knew they were not forgotten amidst the busy-ness. We felt he deserved recognition as he really impressed us!“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. “Been here twice when visiting the hotel next door. It wasn’t crowded either time. Got served right away and was of equal quality to other locations. You can pick up some Niagara specific Starbucks mugs here also. Not bad for a quick stop if you need some coffee while at Niagara on the lake.“

“It was a cool experience having some Starbucks North of the Border as we were in at the Outlet Collection Niagara in Ontario as we decided to enjoy this part of the Niagara Falls area which is not to far into Canada! A Cool atmosphere and the workers were extremely friendly which added to the experience! So if I decide to come back again to this Outlet Mall, I will come back to this Starbucks!“
